Is the Best Selling Gospel Biblical?

Have We Received Another Gospel?

2 Th 2:3   Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

The man of sin, according to the 57 details of identity, given in the KJV Holy Bible, has been revealed since day one of the GJiGT. The odds now against anyone fulfilling all of the details of identity, which he has, is over 8.5 billion to one. Since he is just one sorry soul bound for hell, that is not the big issue. Questions related to that issue have been answered on the GJiGT since day one.

What is much more important, is the great falling away from THE Faith. It is much more important to Confirm the souls of the disciples, and exhort them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God. In discussing with some elders what would be the major concerns of the church these were the top three.

1) The Church does NOT Fear God and Keep His Commandments.

2) The Church does NOT Know and therefore does not believe the Word of God.

3) The Church has received and preaches Another Gospel and therefore can NOT recognize the difference between the Holy Spirit of Truth and counterfeit spirits.

We do know that the statement, that the Church has received and preaches Another Gospel is provocative. However, it is the sad truth. Documenting just how it happened is helpful that we may see more clearly through this strong delusion. It is fact that it began shortly after WWI, with the Scofield reference bible. That happened after the British East India Co., put John Darby on their payroll. Darby was sent to America, with the specific purpose of weakening the strong Faith of American Christians. Darby was to hook up with a lawyer, by the name of C I Scofield, to produce the Scofield reference bible and promote Dispensational theology.

Few realize, that Dispensational theology was not just the start of pre-trib lala land; but, IN FACT, it is Another Gospel. (Gal 1:8-9) It is the Best Selling Gospel, and sadly, it is another gospel. Today's Best Selling gospel will claim to deliver from the penalty of sin without requiring repentance and turning away from sins. Repentance is central to the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, Yeshua THE Messiah. Repentance is necessary to turn from self-will to do the will of God.

The biblical or true Gospel is NOT good news to the masses of churched people today. The theologians, and honest men in the church business, know this. The biblical, or true gospel, has NOT been the Best Selling gospel for a long time now. The people in the church business know you must have a Best Selling gospel; because, there are very Few today, who would be willing to give up their own way for ANYTHING.

The Best Selling gospel tries to make a way for those who do not wish to give up their own way and obey God. The Best Selling gospel will permit people to live their own lives, in all important areas, such as finances, work, school, family, leisure time. The Best Selling gospel appeals to the masses because FEW, very Few, will put off their old man who is a slave to sin, the flesh, and the world, and put on the New Man, in Christ, through obedience.

There are problems with the Best Selling Gospel; because, Jesus said you MUST be born again. Today there are masses who need to be born again, AGAIN. The true gospel says that you must die to self. Can anyone REALLY be "born again" and be made a new creature in Christ, by receiving with the Best Selling Gospel? That is a good, serious, and provocative question.

So few really see what all happened with the Dispensational theology belief system. The resulting Best Selling Gospel has been pervasive through all of what is normally called the Christian Church.

Whenever the Scriptures speak of salvation, it is always "repent and believe." Healing may be "only believe" but salvation is always, of necessity, "repent and believe." The   word Jesus preached was no different than John Baptist.
Mark 1:4   John did baptize in the wilderness, and preach the baptism of repentance for the remission of sins.
Mark 1:14   Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God,
Mark 1:15   And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.
Luke 24:46   And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day:
Luke 24:47   And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

Repentance is always the foundation of the Gospel of the Kingdom of the Lord Jesus Christ. If repentance is not overtly stated, it is in the context. In addition, the BS gospel uses the meaning of the word, "believe," as head knowledge of the facts. If you will check in Strong's for that word "believe" it is from "pisteuo" which means trusting, or putting confidence in Christ, instead of yourself.

The reason that the BS gospel could not be preached before about 1918, is that the total dedication demanded by the four Gospels had to be removed. It wasn't until the dispensational teaching of Darby, better known as the Dispensational theology, of the Scofield reference bible, RELEGATED the discipline taught by the four Gospels, to an EARLIER DISPENSATION. Darby and Scofield also taught that all miracles and spiritual gifts were done away. There is a tremendous problem in relegating everything before Cornelius as a dispensation of law, and after that a new dispensation of grace. The Scriptures clearly teach that "By the works of the law, no flesh shall be justified before God." But what sort of faith is it that despises the Royal Law of God???

Rom 3:31 Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law.
Hosea 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.

All should plainly see, that God's message of salvation, has always been by grace, whether in the Old Testament or in the New. This is why the sacrifice system was set up. By the Substitution Sacrifice System, God could show mercy to REPENTANT people. The difference between before and after Christ is that now, through identification in Christ's death, we receive power from the Holy Spirit, to overcome the sins that we repented of previously. However, the first step of identification in the death of the sacrificial lamb for the forgiveness remains the SAME.

God can NOT Lie. God does NOT Change. IMMUTABLE means does NOT change. The Substitution Sacrifice System, for God to show mercy to REPENTANT people, has not been changed, RATHER it is fulfilled and made PERFECT. The perfect Lamb of God, Yeshua the Messiah, is both the Sacrifice, and the Great High Priest. Our personal responsibility, and our personal identification of our sins, requiring that greatest of all Sacrifice, is STILL essential. We MUST STILL identify with the Substitution Sacrificial DEATH of Messiah. That is done through repentance. That has not, and does not, change. It always was, IS, and will always be, GRACE. The wages of sin is death. Death of the body of sinful flesh is still required, and accomplished IN Christ. The gospel for Jim, most simply put is - Jim dead and Christ alive. Yeshua must increase and I must decrease.

Most churched people do not seem to understand the true meaning of basic essential   words, of the word of God, related to the Gospel of the Kingdom of Yeshua, today. There is so much confusion with the Best Selling Gospel. Most churched people, today, have had their conscience seared by the Best Selling Gospel. Sadly, Yeshua said of the church, of this Laodacean church age, they do NOT know, "and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:" Rev 3:17

Perversion version bibles also contribute to the confusion necessary to make the Best Selling gospel sear so many consciences. The perversion version bibles were put together by some of the greatest ministers of the devil of all time. Westcott and Hort are among the most notable. Today, talking with many so-called Christians, is like it was talking to JW and/or Mormon Cult members, ten years ago. SAME WORDS - DIFFERENT UNDERSTANDINGS, terms need to be defined. Today, we need to define the true Biblical meaning of the key foundational gospel terms. Those meanings must be according to their meaning as the Apostles spoke them. The words related to salvation, in the biblical Gospel of the Kingdom of the Lord Jesus Christ, must be understood in the meaning and the context of the Holy Bible. The words of the gospel MUST be understood as they were recorded, preserved, and purified, 7 times by the Holy Ghost, according to the promise of God given in Ps 12:6-7.

It is rather amazing how many people who claim to know there is only ONE Holy God all do not realize what is wrong, with the very idea, of more than ONE Holy Bible. This point is so important to the propagation of the Best Selling Gospel, that we should see what, perhaps the last honest scholar of bible languages, had to say about it. Dr. Logsdon paid a very great price, losing fame, position, respect, and worldly possessions to tell this truth. The following is the confession of Dr. Frank Logsdon Co-founder of the NASV, which is one of the better of the modern version perversions.

"I must under God renounce every attachment to the New American Standard Version. I'm afraid I'm in trouble with the Lord. We laid the groundwork; I wrote the format; I helped interview some of the translators; I sat with the translator; I wrote the preface. I'm in trouble; I can't refute these arguments; its wrong, terribly wrong; and what am I going to do about it.

When questions began to reach me at first I was quite offended. I used to laugh with others. However, in attempting to answer, I began to sense that something was not right about the New American Standard Version. I can no longer ignore these criticisms I am hearing and I can't refute them. The deletions are absolutely frightening there are so many. Are we so naive that we do not suspect Satanic deception in all of this?

Upon investigation, I wrote my very dear friend, Mr. Lockman, explaining that I was forced to renounce all attachment to the NASV. The product is grievous to my heart and helps to complicate matters in these already troublous times. I don't want anything to do with it.

The finest leaders that we have today haven't gone into it (the new version's use of a corrupted Greek text), just as I hadn't gone into it, that's how easily one can be deceived. I'm going to talk to him Dr. George Sweeting, president of Moody Bible Institute) about these things.

You can say the Authorized Version KJV is absolutely correct. How correct? 100%correct!. I believe the Spirit of God led the translators of the Authorized Version. If you must stand against everyone else, stand."

Dr. Frank Logsdon Co-founder & Chief Editor NASB

Today, sadly, we really MUST define the true Biblical meaning of the key essential gospel terms. This is most necessary in talking with churched people today. The contrast of the true meaning of the foundational key words, with their changed meaning under the Best Selling Gospel, is amazing. Looking the meaning of basic gospel terms according to the understanding of the Best Selling Gospel and the Gospel as found in the KJV Holy Bible, will show the STARK and astonishing difference between the meaning of important words. How the meaning of words such as GOSPEL, FAITH, REPENTANCE, GRACE, SALVATION, GOOD WORKS, THE MISSION OF THE CHURCH, RELATIONSHIP WITH CHRIST, have been changed in meaning and understanding, is astonishing. If you want more information on how badly perverted modern version bibles really are click up this link - http://www.moresureword.com/versions.htm

There is NEW and very important STRONG MEAT article just up on the GJiGT. "Jew Hatred & The Antichrist Plan to Destroy Israel." It contains important information regarding what is REALLY happening in this world of confusion, in Europe, and the Middle East in particular. That URL is: http://www.moresureword.com/jewhate.htm

Since there are so many OTHER gospels being preached today it is important that we know the difference between the TRUE Gospel and the Best Selling Gospel being preached today.

It is provocative to say that there is a difference between the Best Selling Gospel and the True Gospel of the KJV Holy Bible. However, if the UNDERSTANDING of the words of Jesus Christ, and the Apostles, is different than the Best Selling Gospel, it is a confirmation of the great falling away from THE Faith. Faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God. That is part of the great tribulation antichrist war on the saints. The most important thing, is that we MUST be certain, that we have NOT received another gospel. (Gal 1:8-9) If there is a difference, by the Word of God, and the Holy Spirit of Truth, we should be able to KNOW that difference.

Gal 1:8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.

Gal 1:9 As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.

2 Tim 4:3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

1 Cor 1:18 For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.

For simplicity, the GJiGT will now refer to the "Best Seller Gospel" as the "BS GOSPEL" for short. The BS Gospel is wrongly called Gospel of Grace, and the other is the biblical or True Gospel of the Kingdom of God. This True Gospel is also of grace in the sense that you can not earn it, but it requires a total commitment to the death and resurrection of Christ through repentance and faith.

1 Cor 15:1 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;

1 Cor 15:2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.

1 Cor 15:3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;

1 Cor 15:4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

Acts 21:20 And when they heard it, they glorified the Lord, and said unto him, Thou seest, brother, how many thousands of Jews there are which believe; and they are all zealous of the law:

It is not sufficient to believe with your head that Christ died and rose again. You must be identified in that death through repentance, so that the same power that raised Jesus from the dead can be active in you. The message is very clear: Me dead and Christ alive. You dead and Christ alive. Or as John the Baptist said, He MUST increase, and I MUST decrease.

Rom 6:11 Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Gal 2:20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

Col 3:3 For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.

2 Cor 5:14 For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead:

2 Cor 5:15 And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.

We really MUST define the true Biblical meaning of the key gospel terms. We will look at the following terms GOSPEL, FULL GOSPEL, SAINTS, FAITH, BAPTISM, REPENTANCE, GRACE, SALVATION, GOOD WORKS, THE MISSION OF THE CHURCH, RELATIONSHIP WITH CHRIST, and SANCTIFICATION. We will list these terms, and give the Best Selling Gospel, (BS Gospel), meaning along with the Holy Bible, (KJV Gospel), meaning. The contrast of the true meaning of the key words, with their changed meaning, under the BS Gospel is amazing. By all means, if you find error, or substantial disagreement with any of the KJV Gospel meanings, please let us know.

We ALL must know what the words of the New Testament really mean, in truth, based upon God said so, in the more sure word, which is written in the Holy Bible. When God gives churchmen eyes to see, and ears to hear these things, most are amazed and horrified. Brethren, if you have not yet discovered it, you need to know, that every single key term has been radically changed and watered down, to conform with the dispensational teachings of the BS Gospel. The Version Perversion Bibles are part of the problem. Dispensational theology and departure from the Word of God is the big problem.

GOSPEL:

BS Gospel - The Good News that God loves you and has a free gift for you.

KJV Gospel - The Good News that, though all are sinners, there is a way out. Because Christ died for our sins, and He was raised from the dead, we can be born again, and not only escape the wrath of God, known as hell, but have eternal life. We can have a new King and we don't have to serve the old tyrant, the Devil, any longer.

FULL GOSPEL:

BS Gospel Full Gospel - We're not sinners anymore, because Jesus died for us to pay the price of our sins. Because Jesus died for us we don't have any sin at all. Anything we want, we can claim it, and have it, by the power of our positive confession.

KJV Gospel Full Gospel - Even though we were dead in our sins, Christ died for us. If we say we have no sin, we make God a liar. If we confess our sins, He will forgive us. We can be redeemed sinners by the grace of God, found in repentance, through faith IN Christ. By identifying with the Perfect Substitution Sacrifice of the Lord Jesus Christ, we have the opportunity to be set free from the wages of sin which is death. By being baptized into His death, by the power of the Holy Spirit, we may overcome and break the power of sin in our life, and walk in newness of life. We can have the authority to cast out devils in the name of Yeshua. We have the power of the HOLY Spirit to say no to sin, and stop sinning. We may lay hands on the sick and they shall recover by the power of God, for the glory of God, in the name of Yeshua.

SAINTS:

BS Gospel Saints  - Those who say the sinner's prayer, and get baptized to become members of  the church.

KJV Gospel Saints - Redeemed Repentant Sinners. Redeemed by the Blood of the Perfect Lamb of God, the Lord Jesus Christ, Yeshua The Messiah, by the grace of God, in repentance, through faith IN Christ.

FAITH:

BS Gospel Faith - Believing facts. Believing church doctrine and traditions.

KJV Gospel Faith - Belief based on two facts, that God can NOT Lie, and God does not Change. Faith is absolute trust in God's integrity, and comes by hearing the Word of God. Faith is belief in the More Sure word which is inspired, preserved, and purified by the Holy Ghost. The Word of God is the sole authority for all things, absolute pure truth, and the only means by which truth may be proved. Faith is belief plus the Holy Ghost. Trusting and relying on the Lord Jesus Christ, with 100% Confidence in Him, whose name is called the Word of God.

BAPTISM:

BS Gospel Baptism - Must be done to be an accepted member of the Church and be certain that you are saved from the wrath of God.

KJV Gospel Baptism - The public profession of repentance from sin and Faith in the Substitution Sacrifice Death on the Cross of Calvary, of the Lord Jesus Christ, for the remission of sins. Baptism means we reckon ourselves to be dead to sin and self will, and alive to newness of life, and power over sin, by the Holy Spirit. Death of self to be made alive IN Christ.

REPENTANCE:

BS Gospel Repentance - Changing your mind about the facts. Acknowledging that we did sin at some time in the past. Believing that we should feel sorry for our sins. Should be done before baptism, and then once your are saved, you are always saved. Repentance after baptism is optional for salvation.

KJV Gospel Repentance - Agreeing with God regarding our sins. Repentance is a lifestyle of turning away from sin, and away from self-will, to choose to do the will of God. Essential for salvation. Implies a 180 degree turn, with a new goal of doing only the will of God, and showing fruits of repentance. Repentance is the lifestyle of the believer.

Acts 2:38  Then Peter said unto them, REPENT, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. (Yes, the central command of Acts 2:38 is REPENT, be baptized as a public profession of repentance and faith in Jesus Christ, and receive the Holy Ghost to empower the lifestyle of repentance and victory over the world, the flesh, and the devil.)
Acts 5:31  Him hath God exalted with his right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour, for to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins.
Acts 11:18  When they heard these things, they held their peace, and glorified God, saying, Then hath God also to the Gentiles granted repentance unto life.
Acts 20:21  Testifying both to the Jews, and also to the Greeks, repentance toward God, and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ.
Acts 26:20  But showed first unto them of Damascus, and at Jerusalem, and throughout all the coasts of Judaea, and then to the Gentiles, that they should repent and turn to God, and do works meet for repentance.
Rom 2:4  Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?
2 Tim 2:25  In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;
Heb 12:17  For ye know how that afterward, when he would have inherited the blessing, he was rejected: for he found no place of repentance, though he sought it carefully with tears.

GRACE:

BS Gospel Grace - Unmerited Favor. A Free Gift.

KJV Gospel Grace - Free, unmerited, and unearned gift of God's power to be convicted of sin, and receive the help of the Holy Spirit to do the will of God.

SALVATION:

BS Gospel Salvation - Promises freedom from hell but not freedom from the power of sin now. Something that is already accomplished for us, that God offers to us, through grace.

KJV Gospel Salvation - By grace, through faith in the Substitution Sacrifice Death of Jesus Christ, being saved FROM the power of sin, resulting in eternal life here and now, and as a final possession at the judgment. The Grace of God to give us repentance unto the acknowledging of the truth. The freewill choice to lay aside our own self will, and will to do God's will, and to walk humbly with God.

GOOD WORKS:

BS Gospel Good Works - Being nice to people, and doing nice things, and conform to the church's standards of morality. Not essentially required, even after salvation. Some have even gone so far as to say, it would be better not to do any good works, or even obey the Royal Law of God, because you might get to trusting in works for your
salvation.

KJV Gospel Good Works - Initiated by the Holy Spirit - done in His way, at His time, with His power, in the name of Jesus, for the glory of God. God has fore ordained that we should walk in them. Eph 2:10

MISSION OF THE CHURCH:

BS Gospel Mission of the Church - To increase church membership. To convert the world, working on everyone else's salvation, being completely assured of your salvation by baptism and/or membership in the church.

KJV Gospel Mission of the Church - To preach the gospel that God has sent His ONLY Son Yeshua, to be the Perfect Substitution Sacrificial Lamb of God, that sinners might be saved from the wrath to come. That Jesus Christ Died For Sinners, was buried and resurrected, and is alive and seated at His Father's right hand on the throne of God in Heaven.  And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations. To glorify God in the name of Jesus Christ, in truth and holiness - Equip the saints for the work of the ministry of the Kingdom of Yeshua Messiah, the SOON coming King of Kings.

BELIEVER'S RELATIONSHIP WITH CHRIST:

BS Gospel Believer's Relationship With Christ - Christ is Savior from the penalty of sin.

KJV Gospel Believer's Relationship With Christ - Christ is the Head and Lord of His Body, the Church.

SANCTIFICATION:

BS Gospel Sanctification - Accomplished by saying the sinners prayer, being baptized in the church, becoming a member of the church.

KJV Gospel Sanctification - The will of God is the believer's sanctification, being set apart unto God. Sanctification is vitally linked to the salvation experience and is concerned with the moral and spiritual obligations of being IN Christ. We were set apart unto God in conversion, and we are living out that dedication to God in holiness.

Underlying the BS Gospel is a totally wrong view of what Christ did for us on the cross and how we appropriate it. The atonement is how we are reconciled to God. To correct the key error of the BS Gospel atonement, we have to go way back in history to the tenth and eleventh century. There is where we see the clear reason for the Eastern and Western Church split. For a while, the so-called Orthodox church did stay orthodox. Rome's great idea of the requirement of penance being required for atonement was the basis of the original split. The Eastern Orthodox openly, and often violently split, and resisted the Roman Catholic church's apostasy. Up until that time, all Christians believed that the physical death of Christ as our sacrifice, resulted in forgiveness of sins, based on our identification in Christ's death.

The Best Selling gospel appeals to the masses because FEW, very Few, will put off their old man, who is a slave to sin, the world, the flesh, and the devil, and put on the New Man, IN Christ, through repentance and obedience. There are problems with the Best Selling Gospel; because, Jesus said you MUST be born again. Today there are masses who need to be born again, AGAIN. The true gospel says that you must die to self to be made alive IN Christ.

The problem with this is that most people do not want to enter by that narrow gate of total commitment. You will not have a Best Selling Gospel that way. In order to have a Best Selling gospel you have to find another easier way. A Best Selling gospel will deliver from the penalty of sin without requiring one to repent and turn from one's sins that one might do the will of God. The theologians, and any honest man in the church business knows this. The biblical or true Gospel is NOT good news to the masses. The Best Selling gospel appeals to the masses because FEW very Few will put off their old man who is a slave to sin, the flesh, and the world, and put on the New Man in Christ through obedience. There are problems with the Best Selling Gospel, because Jesus said you MUST be born again. The true gospel says that you must die to self. Can anyone REALLY be "born again" and be made a new creature in Christ, by receiving with the Best Selling Gospel?

Brethren - "only believe" is a healing verse, NOT a salvation verse (Mark 5:36).

Mark 5:36 As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, he saith unto the ruler of the synagogue, Be not afraid, only believe.

Whenever the Scriptures speak of salvation, it is always "repent and believe." The first word Jesus preached was no different than John Baptist.

Mat 4:17 From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

Acts 20:21 Testifying both to the Jews, and also to the Greeks, repentance toward God, and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ.

Heb 6:1 Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God,

Repentance is always the foundation of the Gospel of the Kingdom of the Lord Jesus Christ. If repentance is not overtly stated, it is in the context. In addition, the BS gospel uses the meaning of the word, "believe," as head knowledge of the facts. If you will check in Strongs for that word "believe" it is from "pisteuo" which means trusting, or putting confidence in Christ, instead of yourself.

The reason that the BS gospel could not be preached before about 1918 is that the total dedication demanded by the four Gospels had to be removed. It wasn't until the dispensational teaching of Darby and the Plymouth Brethren, better known as the Dispensational theology, of the Scofield reference bible, relegated the discipline taught by the four Gospels to an earlier dispensation. Darby and Scofield did teach that all miracles and spiritual gifts were done away. Few realize that Darby was on the payroll of the British East India company. Darby was employed by the Illuminati to hook up with a dubious lawyer by the name of C I Scofield. The specific reason that Darby was sent to America was to weaken the faith of the strong faith of most American Christians.

That is when the pre trib lala land rapture doctrines really got rolling. Dispensational false doctrines cleared the way to teach the BS gospel. The division between the so called Gospel of Grace, and the Kingdom message of Christ normally was placed at the time of the conversion of Cornelius. It is often claimed that the gospel started going to the Gentiles, or when Paul turned to the Gentiles.

Acts 10:22 And they said, Cornelius the centurion, a just man, and one that feareth God, and of good report among all the nation of the Jews, was warned from God by an holy angel to send for thee into his house, and to hear words of thee.

Acts 10:34 Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons:

Acts 10:35 But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.

Acts 13:46 Then Paul and Barnabas waxed bold, and said, It was necessary that the word of God should first have been spoken to you: but seeing ye put it from you, and judge yourselves unworthy of everlasting life, lo, we turn to the Gentiles.

There is a tremendous problem in relegating everything before Cornelius as a dispensation of law and works and after that a new dispensation of grace. The Scriptures clearly teach that "By the works of the law, no flesh shall be justified before God."

Rom 3:20 Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.

Gal 2:16 Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.

But what sort of faith is it that despises the Royal Law of God???

Rom 3:31 Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law.

Hosea 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.

Mal 4:4 Remember ye the law of Moses my servant, which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel, with the statutes and judgments.

Mal 4:5 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD:

Mal 4:6 And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.

Rom 3:31 Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law.

So we can plainly see that God's message of salvation has always been by grace whether in the Old Testament or in the New. This is why the sacrifice system was set up. By the Sacrifice System God could show mercy to REPENTANT people. The difference between the two systems was that now through identification in Christ's resurrection, we receive power from the Holy Spirit, to overcome the sins that we repented of previously, but the first step of identification in the death of the sacrificial lamb for the forgiveness remains the SAME. God can NOT Lie. God does NOT Change. IMMUTABLE means does NOT change.

Heb 6:18 That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us:

Dan 12:4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.

INSTANT GRATIFICATION means no need of patience. It is a sign of the times. Most believe in a Best Selling instant Gospel. Just say the sinner's prayer, and get dunked in the tank down at the church, and instantly we have the Gospel checked off of our things to do list. Then, "I can go on with my life and not worry about going to hell." Many seem to think that once that Gospel thing of saying the sinners prayer, and getting dunked, is done, then we can go on about our life. Most do not really seem to know what that dunking called baptism is supposed to mean. To Jim, Jim's baptism means Jim is dead and the life is no longer Jim's life, but Christ's life in Jim's dead body. That is what it is supposed to mean but Jim needs the Gospel. Some of Bro. Scott's questions clearly make that point.

Brother Scott sent me the write up of a sermon that he just preached and said, clip it, cut it, copy it, do anything you want with it, to encourage the disciples. Brother Scott understands. The sermon was great because it came from dead man Scott now alive IN Christ, by the Holy Ghost. He understands that the purpose for which it was given was that of giving life and encouragement to the other parts of the body.

We are about the Kings business. This is our duty. After we REMEMBER our First Love - the Lord Jesus Christ, we then look to that duty to our brethren. The Kings business is the Gospel of His Kingdom. We do not pay the preacher to do that job for us, and absolve us from the duty of doing the King's business, so we are free to do our own business. We must remember our First Love and apply the Gospel EVERY DAY to me First. Then we reach out to this world on a collision course with judgment, with our Gospel life example.

We continue about the King's business of Conforming OURSELVES to His image. As preachers, or truck dirvers, or salesmen, or secretaries, or students, that Kingdom business of conforming to His image comes FIRST. THEN we do what the King leads, to CONFIRM the souls of the disciples, and exhort them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God. The tribulation comes to us most often in the form of offenses. You do not find those who have died to self TAKING offense. Meek people do not retaliate when insulted. You can not hurt a dead man. You can NOT make any charge, of any crime stick, and bring the dead man to trial, or even take him to task. If he is a dead man you can take all of his stuff, job, house, cars, even friends, and family, and he does not even seem to care. I can take all of Scott's words, and do whatever I want with them, and he does not care.

The age of instant gratification has an instant and finished Best Selling Gospel. We live in an age of microwave meals, electronic mail sent around the world in seconds, and every conceivable form of instant gratification. Speed has become one of the top 3 conditions by which we judge services, results, and our equipment and appliances. Computers have been improved from moving at the speed of a snail, to that of a laser beam, in just 20 years. It must be fast or we're not interested. We have fast answers, fast food, fast automobiles, fast Internet connections, fast shipping by FedEx or UPS.

Christians can get into serious trouble, having such an attitude that "IF, I can't have it now, or if it's not instant, then I'll do without it, or it's not that important, or I don't have time to wait for it." We are a society that is no longer interested in anything that takes time. We want fast express delivery, quick return investments, instant relationships, and instant personal growth. We have lost touch with the virtue of patience, and that will be eternally costly to this last generation of Christians.

There are only about 2 things that God does in an instant:
1 - He forgives the repentant sinner and
2 - He changes such an one's destiny from an eternity in fire, to one in God's presence.

On all other things, God will not be rushed! God IS God. He can do things faster than anyone; but, God IS God. Because of that FACT, God will do what God will do, when God will do it. Have any of us said, "I will do what I want to do, when I want to do it?" HAVE ANY OF US SAID THAT SINCE WE HAVE BEEN BAPTIZED??? God can say that. People who think they are god say that. Dead men do not have that attitude.

Today, we have little tolerance for anyone who moves at his or her own pace. We are a generation that has set aside the True Gospel of the Holy Bible in several ways. Yes, most of us have set aside the Gospel. Most now think of the Gospel as something that is for those who are spiritually lost and going to hell. We treat the Gospel like it is a one-time event that has been fully accomplished. We treat the Gospel as an event in our personal history. Many today, seem to think that the Gospel is nothing more than that initial conversion experience of "believing the message unto salvation."

Faith is really what it is all about now, faith in the King who is coming SOON. People of Faith are Faithful. The Gospel cannot do within me, or you, what it must, in a few days, or weeks. The only way we see it happening instantly is with that REPENTANT one, most certainly dying, on a cross next to Yeshua. Our instant life style age is part of why so many seem to simply lose interest in whatever the Gospel is to do, every day for the rest of our life. This is part of the reason many go on looking for some other spiritual high, different church, gifted speaker, new seminar.

We have come to treat the Gospel like some old and out-dated computer that is obsolete for our time (slow and with limitations). Churchgoers today have come to think of the Gospel message as a sermon for the unsaved. Today many feel about the Gospel, like adults feel toward having to listen to nursery rhymes for children. In short, we have lost respect for the Gospel of God, and we must regain that respect for the Gospel, and submit to the power of the Gospel, for the length of our entire earthly existence. Otherwise, we risk showing up at the Judgment Seat of Christ like so many spiritual deadbeats and saved paupers. I know this goes against the grain of the Best Selling Gospel. This goes against the grain of "once saved always saved." Today, perhaps only a dead man, or someone who just got saved, would not have some sort of problem with the true Biblical Gospel of the Kingdom of the Lord Jesus Christ, according to the KJV Holy Bible.

Romans 1:16-17
1 Corinthians 1:18-30

We must be careful to not become like those, who Paul said, think they by their knowledge or intelligence are exempt from the simplicity, yet lifelong work of the Gospel in their lives. The preaching of the Gospel is foolishness to those who are PERISHING. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is that very thing, a lifelong, ongoing, work of rescuing us from the fleshly, the carnal, the proud, and independent old man of our past. The TRUE Gospel is most usually a daily work. We must regularly hear the message of the Gospel and obey it. The true Gospel messages are not just about Jesus dying for our sins; but, His work on the cross as both a substitute and an invitation for us to be made like Him. The Gospel theme continues to be absolutely crucial to our lifelong "rescue" and we dare not disregard the ever-unfolding truth of its always-fresh message.

To do so is to minimize and limit all that the Lord's death accomplished and is meant to do today in our individual lives. We need to be taught (or reminded) several things about the message from God, the Gospel, The Gospel is eternal. The Gospel is the Word of Truth. The Gospel is to be OBEYED. The Gospel brings suffering in order to put to death the flesh and release the new creation that is you and Christ. Christ IN you, is the Gospel, me dead and Christ alive. The Gospel is a mystery (secrets to be discovered) to be understood over a lifetime of growing in grace.

Revelation 14:6-7
Colossians 1:3-6
1 Peter 4:17
2 Thessalonians 1:5-12
2 Timothy 1:8-12
Ephesians 6:19-20

Some may say, "Well, by believing the Gospel message I received all that I needed from God when He forgave me and came to live in my heart." To those I would ask some questions:

Since that day, have you ever once had an unclean or cruel thought, lost your temper or been selfishly or uncontrollably angry just once? --If you have, YOU NEED THE GOSPEL!

Are you at perfect peace 24 hours every single day? --If you are not, YOU NEED THE GOSPEL!

Do you love the Lord with all your heart, soul, mind and strength and walk in an uninterrupted flow of God's joy and love? --If you do not, YOU NEED THE GOSPEL!

Since that day have you ever been in need of a touch from the Lord or a miracle? --If you have, YOU NEED THE GOSPEL!

Do you have even one destructive physical addiction or emotional hang-up? --If you have, YOU NEED THE GOSPEL!

Is the fruit of the Spirit thriving in your life toward others? --If it is not, YOU NEED THE GOSPEL!

Do you have a disciplined life that includes daily prayer, study, worship, and witness? --If you do not have, YOU NEED THE GOSPEL!

Are you actively serving God in the building of the Body of Christ as well as His Kingdom through unshakable faithfulness, generous giving, and specific spiritual gifts? --If you are not, YOU NEED THE GOSPEL!

Can you accurately discern, and do you from the heart, obey the voice of God when He speaks to you about your life? --If not, YOU NEED THE GOSPEL!

Are you the same person alone, or at home that you are in church? --If you're not, YOU NEED THE GOSPEL!

Proverbs 20:9
Psalm 24:3-4
Romans 7:15-25

The "good news" for you is that all the flaws that still existed within you, after you were born again, can be put to death in your careful submission to the Holy Spirit, as you respond week by week to the various Gospel messages.

It is like you have a financial need, and God lays it on the heart of someone to help meet your need. They send substance to your post office box. You even have faith and know they sent it. But you do not want to go through that exercise of walking to the post office every day to find there is nothing in the box, just like yesterday, and the day before. You have to put forth the effort to walk to the post office, or you will not have the need met. You will otherwise continue in the need.

The Gospel is the same way. The message of the written Word in all its history, wisdom, good and bad examples, its poetry and prophecies, as well as the preaching or teaching of it, is what God has provided to meet your need. Walking to the post office, in faith, is necessary to be relieved. Not making the effort to walk to the post office means your situation will not change for the better, and will get worse. One could eventually starve, but you will not find relief from the problem. Not going to the Word of God causes us to continue in our pain and our sin. People starve spiritually if they do not get the Bread of Heaven. The Bread of Heaven, is the Gospel of Him whose name is called the Word of God.

In some Christian circles there is the false spiritual act of "getting saved again." This really speaks of and emotional response rather than a heart and soul response to the Gospel. We will always rejoice over any response that may indicate the grace of God being extended through REPENTANCE. For repentance is at the heart of the Gospel and repentance is the lifestyle of those who have received the Gospel. Yet, to receive the Gospel is more than an emotional response. Some kneel at the altar and pray for salvation again-over and over again-many times during the course of their life.

This is not meant to be! The Gospel is to get a firm grip on you that first time you bowed before God, and from that time forward, like the hands of a potter, form and fashion you day, after week, after year, into a likeness that is Christ. This only happens when you continually pay attention to the Gospel, OBEY the principles of its message, and suffer through the dying of the flesh and the conforming of you to form Jesus in you.

The Gospel message is for the unbeliever to be sure. However, the Gospel is merely the gateway through which we step into a way of new life. The Gospel is a continuous message from Heaven to the Redeemed communicating a thousand-thousand different corrections, exhortations, rebukes, and encouragements in the ways of God. It is our continual instruction on how and where we have yet fallen short of His glory and what to do about it, IF we will pay attention. To day, after so long a time; as it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts. Hear the Gospel message through the Word and His called and FAITHFUL ministers!

The true gospel is good news. We MUST consider the true Gospel every day. If we will think about the true Gospel, and speak of the true Gospel, and most importantly, LIVE the true Gospel, those who have been overtaken in the Best Selling Gospel, may come to realize it. We need to study the Gospel. We need the gospel EVERY day, and that was made clear by the questions of Brother Scott ABOVE. It would be good to review those questions from time to time. As we look at the Gospel, what is it, that we are really talking about? Sure, it is good news. God IS Love.

God IS God. God can NOT Lie, and God does NOT Change. Those are the two immutable facts, upon which, our faith is established. But, as we think about the Gospel, what really is it, that we are talking about? We all need fuller understanding of the true Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. It is good to go to the beginning of Mark, in chapter one to pick up a couple of basic understandings of the true Gospel.

The beginning of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. As it is written in the prophets, Behold, I send my messenger before thy face, which shall prepare thy way before thee. That is why John the Baptist was greater than any other prophet. Because John was the only prophet which was prophesied to come, by the other prophets. That is why Jesus said, if you will receive it, he is the Elijah prophesied to come, at Messiah's first coming. The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Isaiah called him. "Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight," said John. So also should we be saying with this same call of Elijah upon all of us, regarding Messiah's second coming in this antichrist wilderness.

John did baptize in the wilderness, and preach the baptism of repentance for the remission of sins. They were baptized, confessing their sins, and John preached, saying, There cometh one mightier than I after me, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to stoop down and unloose. I indeed have baptized you with water: but he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost.

Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee, and was baptized of John, and straightway coming up out of the water, he saw the heavens opened, and the Spirit like a dove descending upon him: And there came a voice from heaven, saying, Thou art my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

After Jesus fasted 40 days, and battled, and was Victorious over Satan; then Jesus came into Galilee. Jesus preached the gospel of the kingdom of God. Yes, that is the Gospel we are talking about, the Gospel of the Kingdom of God. Jesus preached saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.

You see, that is what we need to do. The time is fulfilled. Peter got up at that first Pentecost, and said, this is that spoken of by the prophet Joel, announcing the beginning of the last days. Just as surely as Peter got up then, to announce the beginning of the last days, we should now, just as surely and certainly, announce the end of the last days. The time is fulfilled - The Kingdom of God is at hand. As Elijah said, How long halt you between two opinions? And just as Jesus said, we also say, Repent, and believe THE Gospel.

So what is this good news? Peter wrote a letter to all of the SAINTS that he had never met. We can and should consider it a letter to us. He told us we were ELECT, according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: That is Good News. Do we really understand it?

The Good News is that God would send THE Lamb, the promised Lamb of God. John Baptist said LOOK - there He is, the promised Lamb of God. Prophet Abraham had PROPHESIED, in Gen 22:8, as he spoke to Isaac, said, God will provide HIMSELF, a Lamb. Yes, God promised. As surely as God had asked His covenant friend Abraham, for his most precious only son Isaac, as a sacrifice, that God HIMSELF, would do what He had asked Abraham to do. Abraham was willing to do what God, his covenant Friend, had asked him to do. It was because of the covenant. You see, Abraham had FAITH. Abraham believed in the Resurrection. Abraham did not know why God had asked him to do this thing. But, Abraham knew, that God had already PROMISED from Isaac, to raise up THE SEED, in Whom all nations would be blessed. Abraham believed in the resurrection. Abraham knew that God, if necessary, would raise Isaac out of the ashes on the altar. Once God knew Abraham would KEEP his end of the covenant, that Abraham would be OBEDIENT to the terms of the covenant, letting NOTHING come between him and his God, even being proven willing to sacrifice his own son, his only son, the only son of the promise, THEN IT WAS SEALED. Then God was going to keep His end of the covenant.

That is the Good News. God, the Father, sent His Son, THE Lamb of God. God DID provide HIMSELF, a Lamb. That is the good news. That is the Gospel. When the blood of Messiah hit the Mercy Seat, we were all bought and paid for. NOW, what are we going to do about it? God has done His part.

What are we going to do about it? That is the issue. We need to study the Cross of Calvary. Sadly, the preaching of the Cross is foolishness to those who are perishing. But to us, it is the power of God unto salvation, Yeshua.

Earlier this week, I found myself flat in the flesh, devastated. Here, as I am seeing more and more of God's miraculous, exceeding great mighty power being manifest, I was humbled, embarrassed, devastated by my sin. Then, I was awakened this morning with the question, WILL YOU RECEIVE THE MERCY OF GOD? Yes, and this one thing I will do, forgetting the past, I am going to press toward the mark of the high calling of God, IN Christ Jesus. Yes the Gospel is so simple and so profound. You can NOT enter into the Kingdom unless you become as a child. Jesus Christ died for SINNERS.

The time is fulfilled. God did provide Himself, a Lamb. God says REPENT ye and believe the Gospel. Yes, I believe the Gospel. I believe the good news. I do receive His mercy. Now I want to consider Jim dead and Christ alive. Alleluia. I am REDEEMED. I am REDEEMED by the Blood of the Lamb. Repent and believe the Gospel. Let the Redeemed OF THE LORD, say so. I do NOT have a license to sin. I have got the best reason there ever could be, NOT to sin. Keeping His Commandments is something that I want to do. I have got the best reason there ever could be to WANT to KEEP His Commandments. Alleluia. Alleluia Yeshua. What a God. What a KING. What a great Awesome God we serve.

We do mourn, as we see how the BS Gospel has a totally wrong view of what Christ did for us on the cross, and how we could appropriate it. The way we are reconciled to God, is called the atonement. God makes the rules regarding the atonement. If those rules are not followed we have another gospel which is NOT really good news, at all, because it is not true. It is interesting that one of the biblical feasts of the Lord Jesus Christ, is called the day of atonement, the only bible REQUIRED fast day of the year, and it is not Good Friday.

To understand, and in order to correct the key error of the BS Gospel atonement, we should know that for a long time there was no such error. From the time of the Apostles, and quite some time thereafter, all Christians believed that the physical death of Christ, as our sacrifice, resulted in forgiveness of sins, based on our identification IN Christ's death.

The error of the BS Gospel atonement began to be developed in about the tenth century. This error which the Roman Catholic church developed, resulted in the reason for the split between the Eastern Church in Constantenople, and the Western Church of Rome. There was about 500 years when the so-called Orthodox Church really was orthodox.

The error of BS Gospel is traced to Rome's great idea of the requirement of penance being required for atonement. This was the basis of the original split, where the Eastern Orthodox openly and violently split, and resisted the Roman Catholic church's apostasy. The idea of something other, or in addition to, the identification with Christ's death as our sacrifice for forgiveness of sins, is the original basis of the error we find in the BS Gospel today. Nothing other than faith in the physical death of Christ as our sacrifice for forgiveness of sins, based on our identification IN Christ's death, can be tolerated or one forms another gospel. (Gal 1:8-9) The true gospel is me dead and Christ alive.

The Roman Catholic Church changed that concept, and proposed that each person had to pay a penance for sins. Rome taught that each sin was an affront to God and had to be individually atoned for BY THE CHRISTIAN  through the mass, the sacraments, prayer, fasting, pilgrimages, and good works of all kinds, especially money or land donations to the church. This became the underlying doctrine of Western Roman Catholicism - salvation by self works, and the sacraments of the church. The Eastern Orthodox church resisted; but, the temptation of wealth and power and control in the church business was too great. However, until the time of the Reformation the Eastern Orthodox church was the real, and only, resistance to Rome's apostasy.

At the time of the reformation, the reformers correctly proclaimed that we are saved by faith and not by self works. However they did not change the basic error underlying penance for each individual sin. Anybody could see that was where the money was to be found to prosper the church business. No one seemed to be able to resist the temptation to follow Rome's apostate leadership on that one. YOU STILL HAVE ANOTHER GOSPEL.

The reformers simply assumed that Christ somehow suffered for each sin. The Reformers theology had Christ somehow pay the penance for each sin INSTEAD OF TRULY REFORMING AND RETURNING TO THE SACRIFICE SYSTEM GOD HAD ESTABLISHED, AND CHRIST HAD FULFILLED AND PERFECTED. In God's sacrificial system of the Holy Bible, all pointed to the great work of Redemption of the Lamb of God, the Lord Jesus Christ. The substitutional sacrifice system really was NOT done away. God's Substitution Sacrifice System was just PERFECTED and fulfilled in Christ. The physical death of the animals was a shadow looking forward to Christ's physical death, as the Lamb of God. Indeed God did provide Himself, a Lamb. Alleluia! It was the death of the Substitution Sacrifice Lamb that reconciles the sinner. The atonement is by the identification with the physical death of the Substitution Sacrifice Lamb. The Atonement which God required was provided by the sinner identifying IN the death of the sacrifice. The death penalty of sin is thereby paid. We, therefore, must agree that the "old man" controlled by our flesh, has to be put to death, so that the life of Christ can come forth in us.

The reformers found great theological problems when they tried to answer the questions of how and when did Jesus suffer all this penance for individual sins. Also, if He paid for everyone's sins in this individual fashion, everyone would have to go free, because God could not demand the penalty again, if it had already been paid by Jesus. Then it would not even matter if you believed that this happened or not, the sin would have been already paid. This is the basis for the universalism of many churches today who believe that because Christ paid for the sins of the whole world, then ultimately the whole world must be saved.

Now this will shock many Calvinists today. Calvin's theology today is radically different than its first 200 years. Today it is much more contrived  than the vast majority of Calvinists can imagine. The truth is, that Calvin understood the implication of the FAILURE to understand God's substitution sacrifice system of the bible. Calvin knew the necessity of the identification with the death of the sacrificed Lamb. Calvin most certainly knew of the apostasy of the Roman penance system. That is why Calvin set up the doctrine of the "limited atonement." The Calvin doctrine of "limited atonement" says that Jesus had died for only the sins of the elect, and that God had decreed before the creation of the world, that certain ones would be saved and the vast majority lost. This led to the doctrine of "irresistible grace" for the elect. The ELECT had to be saved, because their sins had been paid for. But the rest of the world was damned because Christ had not suffered for their sins.

These doctrines of double predestination - some to be saved and some to be lost - was Calvinism, and was the doctrine of the Reformation for about 200 years. If you look in the Strong's for the Greek word for predestination it is proorizo, meaning, to mark out the way to the destination in advance. Jesus is the way, the truth and the life. John 14:6

Then John Wesley, in England, in about 1750, began preaching that "whosoever will may come." Wow, finally we see someone who has got it right, since Rome had brought in the dark ages of Roman apostasy. The results of the TRUTH that Wesley brought to light and practice were obvious. Yet, John Wesley in his worst nightmare, could not imagine what Methodist churches have become today. But Wesley was right - Whosoever Will, WILL submit their will to the will of God, may come. That is what John 3:16 says in the KJV Holy Bible, and it is not likely you will see it in any of the perversion bibles.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him SHOULD NOT perish, but have everlasting life.

You should not perish; but, most will. Should not perish is NOT a slam dunk guarantee that no one will perish. Many of the version perversion bibles of the devil, are very good at hiding the truth that you "SHOULD NOT" perish. Most of the version perversion bibles when you track out the related scripture reference will have you believe it says shall not, slam dunk done deal. There is a BIG difference between "SHOULD NOT" and "SHALL NOT" perish. The perversion version bibles make many subtle changes in many scriptures to promote the Best Selling Gospel, that clearly is another gospel. The truth is that God was not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to REPENTANCE. Most people forget that Peter was speaking to believers. Peter was speaking to the Church, in particular, and not to the rest of the world world which is at enmity with God.

2 Pet 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

John Wesley touched off the longest lasting revival since the days of the Apostles. He had a beautifully simple doctrine that everyone could understand. It had three main points.

1. Anyone could be saved if they would repent and turn to Christ to deliver them from all known sin (John 3:16).

2. If you were saved you would know it. God's Spirit would witness to your spirit that you were a son of God.
Rom 8:16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:
1 John 3:14 We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death.

3. If you were saved you would show it.
2 Cor 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
Gal 6:15 For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature.

The first two of these three points ran directly CONTRARY to Calvin's doctrines that only those predestined to be the elect could be saved; and, that you never know for sure that you were a believer. This was called the sin of presumption by Calvinists. To any Calvinist or any other Protestant before 1750, if you thought you were one of the elect, if you said you were "saved," you would be told you were crazy. You would be quickly told that is the sin of presumption. Everyone before Wesley, and the whole theme of the preaching of what was known as the great awakening was AGAINST "carnal security."

Wesley's third point agreed with Calvin's last doctrine of the "perseverance of the saints." This meant that if you were one of the elect, you would remain faithful to the end, doing all the things that true Christians should do, such as "presenting your body a living sacrifice" (Romans 12:1) and being "faithful unto death" (Rev. 2:10). This Calvinistic doctrine of persevering unto the end produced some of the greatest and most godly men the world has ever known. A few of them are men such as John Bunyan and Jonathan Edwards. John Newton, Charles Spurgeon, John Knox, Matthew Henry, Isaac Watts, and George Whitefield. It should also be mentioned that Augustine and Martin Luther were also Calvinists by their doctrines. However, in the case of Martin Luther he did not end as though he was predestinated, nor did he end as one who appeared to persevere to the end. People like Augustine and Martin Luther should be listed in a listing of great Calvinists; but, the godly part, or the pereserving of these two, is subject to serious question. But, that is God's business.

Today's Calvinism has changed drastically since the days of classical Calvinism. It usually begins with a call to accept Christ as your Savior, followed by the sinners' prayer. If the decision was from the heart, in response to the call of God, it will be the start of a work of faith in the heart that should be followed by hunger to read the Word of God, and for teaching on repentance and faith, leading to a public testimony of identification in Christ's death and resurrection by water baptism, and by receiving the power of the Holy Spirit. If the decision is only a head knowledge, mental decision, the results will not last long. Unfortunately most of today's BS Gospel evangelism is of this type. It is possible the BS Gospel is all that most people, who have NOT studied the ENTIRE Holy Bible for themselves, have ever heard. Most have only heard the watered down, handed down doctrines of the BS Gospel.

Jesus Christ died for Sinners. Saints are Redeemed Repentant Sinners. Anyone who will choose to be saved, can be saved by grace, found in repentance, through faith in the sacrifice of the Lamb of God for the remission of sins. Getting saved is not a license to sin or a slam dunk get out of jail free card from the fires of hell. If you are saved you will know it by the witness of the Holy Spirit in your heart wanting to please God and keep His Commandments. If you are saved you will show it by the evidence of the fruit of the Holy Spirit being evidenced in your life. The main fruit of the Holy Spirit is love which is what the ten commandments of God's royal law are all about. The royal law is ten simple instructions in real genuine love, four how to love God and six how to love your neighbor.

Apart from the obvious need to turn from the BS Gospel to the biblical true gospel, the lack of intimate fellowship is probably the greatest need of the church in today's world. Wesley's preaching of his three points of doctrine is the simplicity of the True Gospel:

I. Anyone can be saved.
2. If you're saved you'll know it.
3. If you're saved you'll show it

That Simple and Biblical formula had a great impact on the Calvinistic world of the 18th century, and most Calvinists switched over to believing in a general atonement where Christ paid for the sins of the whole world. Most of them also came to believe in the assurance of salvation, that you could know you were saved. Most Calvinists today are shocked to learn that Calvin and his followers for two hundred years were "hope-soers." If any of today's Calvinists would have said they were saved in the first 200 years after Calvin died, they would have been told they were guilty of the sin of presumption. Calvin clearly taught, that as long as you live, you could never be sure of your salvation, until your life was over, and you had persevered until the end. Calvin probably taught as strongly as anyone against the once saved always saved doctrine of devils, that undermines the foundation of the fear of God, evident in so many today who think themselves to be Calvinist in doctrine.

Today's Calvinists, and all of the BS Gospel preachers, have a very great problem to overcome. Now they must explain how Christ could have suffered the equivalent of an eternity in hell for however many people have lived on the earth. Such explanations of infinite things is not possible apart from faith and absolute conformity to ALL of the Word of God. The BS Gospel, fuds, thuds, and duds, are in deep trouble whenever they run into a simple child of God with genuine faith, the KJV Holy Bible, and the Holy Ghost. They can not stand with such a child of God.

Brethren do not get bitter when you realize the majority of the doctrines you have been taught by the BS Gospel preachers are in serious error. IF YOU HAVE NOT READ THE KJV HOLY BIBLE FROM GEN 1:1-REV 22:21, LINE UPON LINE, PRECEPT UPON PRECEPT, IN ORDER, AND IN CONTEXT, YOU ARE IN TROUBLE IN THESE DAYS OF STRONG DELUSION AND BS GOSPEL PREACHING. You will be tossed about by every wind of doctrine. Everyone should be able to understand that there must be something wrong with the Fact of there being ONLY ONE Holy God, and there being MORE than One Holy Bible?? Why are there hundreds if not thousands of denominations if there is One Lord, one faith, one baptism, One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all?

When you will read the KJV Holy Bible in order, line upon line, you will see how dreadfully wrong things are with the modern BS Gospel. You will see and realize that many of the basic doctrines taught consistently by today's BS Gospel preachers are in serious gross error. It is the great falling away from THE Faith, of the great tribulation, of the antichrist war on the saints. The BS Gospel, like it or not, is a big part of the antichrist war on the saints. Christian leaders and believers for four centuries have known that something did not add up. Yet the vast majority were afraid of challenging any basic doctrines that we had been taught for fear of being branded an heretic. It is too late to worry about such stuff.

It is part of that package. Let the world of churchDUMB brand you any way they choose to brand you and justify themselves in separating themselves and comparing themselves with themselves. The GJiGT says follow the REAL Jesus, the REAL Yeshua, the ONLY Messiah, whose name is called the Word of God. Most such brandings come from selfish agendas, and vanity rather than the truth of the Word of God. If God be for you then you really do not need to worry who is against you.

1 Pet 4:14 If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye; for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you: on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified.

Have you realized the basic truth of salvation through repentance and faith, (trust) based in identifying in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ? Have you come into full agreement to let God deal with your old life and nature so that He can put His life and nature in You? Have you diligently sought to know what God has to say about things by reading the KJV Holy Bible, with your own eyes, with the Holy Spirit as your Teacher? Have you read the KJV Holy Bible, at least one time, line upon line, precept upon precept, the way God told us to read it, like any other book from Gen 1:1-Rev 22:21 to get God's full message, in full context? Then, and sadly not until then, will everything else began to fall into place. Let me give you the good news, the Holy Spirit will fill in all the gaps if you make the commitment, and be diligent to keep it.

The KJV Holy Bible clearly teaches that Christ died physically not spiritually. Some BS Gospel preachers and theologians tried to have Christ dying spiritually because this was the only way they could think of for Christ to pay something so great as to be the equivalent of an eternity in hell for every person. The BS Gospel is often found to latch on to the Lord saying "My God, my God why hast thou forsaken me?" The BS Gospel will then typically add a number of human deductions with no Biblical basis whatsoever. The BS Gospel may say that God placed upon Jesus the sins of the whole world. That is true, but not in the way the BS Gospel preachers want you to think.

The BS Gospel will suppose that God could not look upon sin, and suppose that God turned His back on Jesus and separated Himself from Him. It is commonly heard for the BS Gospel preachers to make the out of context statement that separation from God is death, to claim that Christ died spiritually. That is a typical BS Gospel explanation for anyone who asked how their sins were forgiven. That forms the basis for the BS Gospel preacher to say "Just believe (with your head) that Christ paid for your sins, and you're saved from the penalty for sin which is death." That is how the BS Gospel sears the conscience of their victims who have never heard the biblical true gospel or ever read the KJV Holy Bible, as one would read any other book, and as God instructs. We do need to have at least one trip, line upon line, precept upon precept, Gen 1:1-Rev 22:21 in order that we not be tossed about by every wind of doctrine now days.

You will find the KJV Holy Bible says just the opposite of the typical BS Gospel. The bible very clearly says that "God was in Christ reconciling the world unto Himself"
2 Cor 5:19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
2 Cor 5:20 Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.
2 Cor 5:21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

It is true that 22nd Psalm that begins with the statement, "My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?" But the same Psalm also states in the 24th verse , "He (God) did not turn His back on Him (Christ), but when He (Christ) cried, He (God) heard Him (Christ)." If Christ died spiritually, then the Godhead would have been split, and the whole world would have gone into chaos. Christ not only created all things, but in Him all things consist or hold together.

Col 1:16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
Col 1:17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.

The doctrine that Christ died spiritually is not taught anywhere in the Scriptures. "My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me" occurs in only two of the four Gospel accounts. The doctrine of Christ's spiritual death appears nowhere in the New Testament. If Messiah had died a spiritual death, we would find that over and over as the cornerstone of all future preaching. It is not there. Neither is there any mention of such anywhere in the Old Testament.

A surprising number of well known BS Gospel preachers today take an equally unscriptural approach to how Christ suffered for our sins. They believe that Christ suffered in hell. They imagine the demons stomping on Jesus for our sins. One popular BS Gospel evangelist, who had repented from this unscriptural doctrine said, "When Jesus said 'It is finished,' He did not mean 'to be continued in hell."

Christ did descend into the two-compartment Hades mentioned when Jesus told of people He KNEW, this was not a parable, this were "certain" people that Jesus knew. We know them as the rich man and Lazarus. (Luke 16:23). Yeshua did not enter there to suffer, but as the King of Glory with the keys to life and death and took the Old Testament believers (Abraham and the rest) to heaven.

Psa 68:18 Thou hast ascended on high, thou hast led captivity captive: thou hast received gifts for men; yea, for the rebellious also, that the LORD God might dwell among them.
Eph 4:8 Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.

The Church has been in a dilemma for a long time. Theologians could not accept that the Bible meant exactly what it said. When the Scriptures speak of salvation, they always speak about salvation by grace to find REPENTANCE from all known sin, not just salvation from the penalty of sin at the judgment day. When the Bible says repent, it always means repent and turn from all known sin, not just change your mind about the facts. When the Bible says Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, it means trust right into the Lord Jesus, putting your full confidence in Christ to deliver you from the sins of which you just repented and to cleanse your heart.

People don't like to take the Bible literally, because that means they must allow God to change their lives. Many do not believe that the Lord can speak to a person today. They believe that today He speaks only through the Scripture according to their watered down and changed meanings of all the key terms. To them "Put ye off the old man, and put ye on the New Man is optional." Making Yeshua, Jesus, Lord of your life is not optional, contrary to BS Gospel opinion. All these errors have perpetuated themselves because there is a basic error at the heart of the BS Gospel and BS theology. They do not understand that Christ's physical death on the cross is sufficient.

They do not understand that Christ came to earth in a physical body, not just to secure forgiveness of sins, but that He brought his body through all temptations to get that body over to the cross and get it crucified to break the power of the flesh, sin, the world, and the devil over us. He came to set the captives free, redeem us when we were slaves to sin, and break its power. He is the great Kinsman Redeemer. The Sacrifice of His death on that cross paid the required ransom. He is now forever in a glorified human body.

Once we realize that Christ paid for our sins as a sacrifice, things become much more clear, simple, accurate, true, and BIBLICAL. A sacrifice is not tortured, and neither did Christ pay a penalty. Christ did NOT have to do penance for each of our sins in some way beyond what the Scriptures describe. Instead He dies the sinner's death as our representative man, the last Adam. How does that one physical death reconcile the sins of all believers who trust in Him? When Christ died on the cross in our place, He said to God, "Into Your hands, I commend my Spirit."

After His resurrection, He then offers to incorporate into Himself anyone who will come under His government and identify in His death and resurrection through repentance and faith. In the New Testament church described in the book of Acts we see that water baptism is the public profession of the believer's desire to identify as one person in Christ. As the believer would come out of the water, the elders would lay hands on them to be baptized in the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit would then impart to the believer one or more spiritual gifts. The new believer was incorporated into the body of Christ and began walking in the Spirit. This unity with Christ and the body was renewed regularly through the communion service where the believer renews his unity with Christ and the Church. We remember His death, reaffirm our death to the old man and life to the new man IN Christ.

Once the believer becomes one person with Christ, then Christ's death becomes their death to the control of the flesh. Colossians Chapter 2 speaks of the "circumcision of Christ" in which the living Word of God cuts the control of the flesh over the desires of our heart. Then that same Spirit which raised Christ from the dead quickens the person into spiritual life, and they are born again. Their sins are forgiven because they have agreed to be dead and crucified with Christ, and they receive power to become a Son of God and overcome the sins and evil in their life through walking under the government, control, and direction of the Spirit and not walking according to the lusts of the flesh.

This is covenant with God on God's terms, not man's terms, even some preacher man's terms. The principle on which the sins are forgiven is given in Romans 6:7: "He that has died is justified from sin." The penalty for sin is physical death which may be followed by the "second death" (eternal death) at the judgment day if your name is not written in the Lamb's book of life (Rev. 21:27).

No matter how many sins a criminal has committed, all charges against him are dropped when he dies. "Who shall bring any charge against us. It is Christ who died (in our place). Christ's death can wipe out all the sins of everyone who identifies in Christ's death and resurrection through covenant with God on God's terms. We must die to our own way if we are to enter the Kingdom of God. There is room at the cross for "whosoever will may come".

If we are one person with Christ, then His death is our death, his resurrection is our resurrection, and there is more: His ascension directly into the Holy of Holies, and the presence of God is ours as well, by the gift of the Holy Ghost.

We can now walk daily in the presence of God, and the blood of Christ cleanses us from all sin. All known sin is to be confessed and repented of. Each day the Lord will show us other things that need correction. Perhaps we will have committed a willful transgression. In this case the correction of the Lord coupled with the consequences of our error will help to remove the root cause from our hearts if we willingly submit to the discipline of God. The process to maintain a conscience void of offense is the same as the beginning in the faith. Repentance and turning from sin, coupled with faith and confidence in Christ's power to overcome the sin you just confessed. Repentance is the way of life for those who know the biblical true gospel and not the BS gospel.

Of course restitution or an apology may also be necessary as the Lord leads. This would be in no way a penance, but an obedience to the Lord's personal direction and empowered by Him.

One more matter needs our serious attention and right biblical understanding. What part does the blood of Christ play in all of this? "The life of the flesh is in the blood" (Lev. 17: 11), and "Without the shedding of blood, there is no remission of sin" (Heb.9:22). The flesh is the symbol of our selfish rebellion against God. We are all born SINNERS, born rebels, born in enmity with God. The symbol of our rebellion is the flesh. The separate, selfish life of the flesh is God's great enemy. God demands death to the flesh. The evidence that the flesh is dead is the shed blood. God does not want to reform the old man controlled by the lusts of the flesh, He wants it dead. The shed blood of Christ, therefore, is the only thing that will be acceptable to escape God's wrath against sinful man.

We can say we are saved (from the wrath of God) by Christ's death. Or we can say we are saved by His blood. The blood stands for a violent, physical death, not a spiritual death. Without the shedding of blood, there is no remission of sins. What this means practically to us is that if we are not ready to identify in Christ's death and reckon the old man of the flesh controlling our inner man dead, then there is no forgiveness of sins.

Since the life is in the blood, once we are dead with Christ, His life through the Holy Spirit can cover us. To be "under the blood of Christ" means that we have entered into a blood covenant on God's terms and that we now operate under His government and authority. The true Gospel is very simple: You are to be dead to sin with the life of Jesus Christ in you. (Romans 5:10-6:2). Now truly old things have passed away and ALL things have become new. (Corinthians 5:17).
