ONCE SAVED ALWAYS SAVED - SELLS
CHANCES ARE YOU BOUGHT IT.

Who would not WANT to believe it?

Ezek 18:21 But if the wicked will turn from all his sins that he hath committed, and keep all my statutes, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die.
Ezek 18:22 All his transgressions that he hath committed, they shall not be mentioned unto him: in his righteousness that he hath done he shall live.

Ezek 18:23 Have I any pleasure at all that the wicked should die? saith the Lord GOD: and not that he should return from his ways, and live?

Ezek 18:24 But when the righteous turneth away from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, and doeth according to all the abominations that the wicked man doeth, shall he live?

All his righteousness that he hath done shall not be mentioned: in his trespass that he hath trespassed, and in his sin that he hath sinned, in them shall he die.

There is a little word "IF." Recently the Spirit of Truth has made that word "IF" become almost like a stop sign in the Authorized word of God. IF, means a condition. IF means that you may NOT suppose, assume, presume, or believe it UNLESS you meet the condition. IF means it is ONLY granted upon you meeting the condition. IF means it is NOT provided unless you DO what is required by the particular demand, or command, or stipulation, or condition.

It is only through the Spirit of God that we can discern the truth of God Almighty. Paul also tells us to go from faith to faith. With each step we take we come to more truth, and build the faith to grow in Spirit and truth. We will grow throughout eternity. God will forever teach us about Himself and His way of life. It is a thrilling prospect to look forward to, because our relationship with Him will forever grow.

Who is in paradise with Yeshua besides Enoch and Elijah and Moses? Who do we know is there not based on any teaching of the pope, or any other man or church, but based on the integrity of the written word of God? Mary is probably there but we KNOW one man is there. He was not an apostle or even baptized. We don't know his name, but we know he died on a cross next to Yeshua. This should tell us something very important. We must die IN THE FAITH to be SURE that we will be in eternity with Yeshua. We are probably never in better shape to go into the Kingdom than that first moment we come completely undone and totally repentant crying out for Mercy from the True God who alone can forgive sins.

There are steps that each one of us must take to start up that narrow path to perfection. We are each one of us born into this world where we all start totally bound in vanity, selfishness, and self will. Then God the Father calls those, whomever He will, and He reveals to us His plan for us, why He created us in the first place, and gives us a glimpse of that glorious plan to make us His children. Then He brings us to the place where we realize by our sins, that we each one of us crucified our God, our Creator, our Redeemer, and brings us to repentance of those sins.

By His example, He shows us that we must be baptized for those PAST sins and go on in THE WAY. Yeshua is the WAY of eternal life, the way of repentance, the way of FAITH or obedience, the way of suffering the cross, the way of His will and NOT self will.

We continue learning how to live our lives the way God predestined us to live from the beginning. We will sin, but because He, Jesus died and shed His blood for those sins, we can go to the Father and, in REPENTANCE ask for forgiveness. We will through the process of time, IF, IF, IF we stay with His Word by the Spirit of Truth and Holiness grow, learning to avoid those things in our lives, which are temptation, and we will learn that God can keep those that obey Him, from those temptations. But it is a process, and we are NOT to get discouraged or MURMUR along the way.

We are in the midst of the great falling away from THE FAITH that scriptures warn will be upon us in the last days. It is time for the final warnings to those few chosen very elect. Only the faithful remnant will have ears to HEAR the final warnings.

Will Yeshua find FAITH when He returns? There are a few chosen elect that are to go into the millennium with Jesus Christ, our King of kings and Lord of lords. They will take heed of the final warnings to repent of their sins and His Spirit of Truth and Holiness will lead them to righteousness, to put on the white garments, to be able to attend the wedding feast at our Savior's coming.

Today there are many false doctrines. We are in the midst of strong delusion. This is a sign of the times in which we live. Yeshua, Jesus, told us that false teachers would fill the pulpits and air waves in the last days. Paul said they would heap to themselves, these false teachers, having itching ears, who would tell them what they want to hear. We are in the midst of a famine for hearing the word of God. Yeshua said it would be as the Days of Noah. Paul said there would be a great "apostacia." Most of the false teachers of pre-trib la la land, call that "apostacia" the rapture. You don't have to know Greek to see that "apostacia" is more likely apostasy than rapture. We are in the great falling away, the great apostasy, the great departure from the truth, the great departure from THE faith.

Churchianity today has a faith, but they have departed from THE Faith, they have left The Way, and they do not KNOW, The Truth. The Truth personified is the REAL Jesus, the REAL Yeshua. It is another Jesus, and another faith that is taught by churchianity today.

2 Th 2:11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should
believe a lie:
2 Th 2:12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

Jer 7:29 ....... for the LORD hath rejected and forsaken the generation of his wrath.

We are in a God forsaken generation upon which the wrath of an angry God will be poured out. How bad is this generation? Maybe these verses will put it in perspective.

Ezek 14:14 Though these three men, Noah, Daniel, and Job, were in it, they should deliver but their own souls by their righteousness, saith the Lord GOD.

Ezek 14:20 Though Noah, Daniel, and Job, were in it, as I live, saith the Lord GOD, they shall deliver neither son nor daughter; they shall but deliver their own souls by their righteousness.

One of the most damnable of the doctrines of devils, and false teachers, and the deceived and deluded is "Once saved always saved." We are saved by grace through faith. The problem today is that most people have no clear understanding of what sin is, what faith is, or what grace is.

Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. There is a blessed hope and it is NOT the rapture before the tribulation. We are saved by HOPE. Rom 8:24 For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for? Faith is the substance of that hope. Am I saved? I hope so. There is also a way that I can KNOW along the way. The only way you can know will shock you regarding the truth of the word of God and what all the false teachers try to teach us. The truth and doctrine I proclaim, is the truth of the Kingdom of Heaven being at hand, and the doctrine of justification by faith!

Today, how many even know what sin is? What faith is? What grace is?

So that you are no longer uncomfortable, Yeshua is Jesus, and Messiah is Christ. Hebrew words, not anglicized Greek words. The letter "J" is less than 500 years old. The name that the angel told Joseph to call our Lord and Savior is Yeshua, the Hebrew word for salvation, "For He shall save His people from their sins." Mary, Joseph, and the apostles and disciples called Him, Yeshua. Jesus is an anglicized Greek word invented less than 500 years ago. You find me using Jesus and Yeshua interchangeably unless I war with demons. Then it is no more mister nice guy and it is BLOOD of YESHUA! BLOOD of YESHUA!

What is sin? Sin is a transgression of the law. Yeshua poured out His blood to redeem us from the law of sin and death, and empower us with His HOLY Spirit to stop sinning. He did NOT pour out His blood to give us a license to sin, and call everyone whom He empowers to stop sinning, a legalist. Legalism, by the way, is a way of self righteousness by your obedience to the traditions and doctrines and laws of MEN. It is NOT legalism to obey the laws of God. That is obedience, that is the proof of faith and love of God. Whenever someone accuses you of being a legalist for keeping God's commandments, I hope you will understand what a great complement they are actually giving you, and just say thank you.

He did not pour out His blood to allow us to be workers of INIQUITY. Heaven will be full of sinners. The ONE TRUE God is the God Who forgives sins. You will not find any workers of INIQUITY in heaven. God has given a tremendous revelation of the difference between SIN and INIQUITY. I encourage you to read the INIQUITY topic on the GJiGT www site. You may click here to go directly to that short discussion of INIQUITY. It is very important because of:

Mat 7:22 -23 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Are you saved? Do you KNOW Yeshua? Do you love Jesus? How do you KNOW? There is only one way YOU KNOW according to the Word of God. John 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.

1 John 2:3-4 And hereby WE do KNOW that we KNOW HIM, IF (IF, IF, IF) we KEEP HIS commandments. He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.

So what is Faith? Faith is belief plus the HOLY Spirit. What is faith? Nothing mystical. Faith is very simple. If you know what God said, and you walk within it. That is Faith. If you know what God said and you reject it, and you do what YOU WANT, that is REBELLION. It is just that simple. Lucifer went into rebellion because of self-righteousness and vanity. He knew what God said. And us men, just like in the garden, think God doesn't really mean that. God does mean EXACTLY what He said. He can NOT lie. When you set your own values, your own beliefs, doubting the word of God, and doing what YOU WANT, that is rebellion. That is not Faith.

What is Grace? There is a false teaching of grace in the church all around the world. Grace is simple to understand. Grace is time given while you are living in the body to conform yourself to the word of God. The bible says that if you judge yourself, He won't judge you. But if you fail to judge yourself, when the spirit is in the body, He will judge you. GRACE is simply time given before you die to judge yourself and conform yourself to the word of God. THY WILL - NOT MY WILL! But if you don't judge yourself, He will judge you. Today He is the Lamb. But when your spirit leaves He is the Judge and GRACE IS OVER! Make no mistake about that! There is a false theology running all over the churches that we can continue to rebel and it is OK. That is a LIE right out of the pit of hell. It is nonsense what is being taught today about grace. You give me a gift and I can throw it right back at you. You and I are not robots. Lucifer had the gift of faith and he threw it back in God's face and went into rebellion. We may get the gift of salvation. We may get the gift of saving faith, but like Lucifer we can throw it back in God's face if we walk in rebellion. And we will then end up spending eternity in hell with Lucifer.

What is the modern faith and grace gospel? Could it be that other gospel that Paul warned us if anyone preach it to you he is to be accursed? That is strong. That means he is God damned. Can you find it with Copeland, Hagan, and Capps? Can you find it in Toronto and Pensacola? Can you find it with the Baptists? You find it in the word of God in 1 Tim 6:5 Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself. Today many people are hearing the Spirit of God telling them to come out of apostate churchianity and keep the commandments of God, including the 4th one.

Men, all of you, are called to be the elder in the church of Yeshua Messiah in your house. You have a God given authority and responsibility over your house. Do you lead DAILY bible studies in your home? Have you removed the television from your house? Are your children being home schooled? Are you preparing for great tribulation BEFORE the rapture? Are you working most diligently to get out of the city and to be free of all financial debt? Where and when you go to church is between you and God. I have nothing to say about that.

I hope an pray for the leading and understanding of the Spirit of Truth and the Spirit of Holiness as we look at the Eighth chapter of Romans to see how the Authorized written word of God blows away from the Once Save Always Saved, damnable doctrines of the false teachers. If you do not have the ability to listen to the Real Audio files you may click here to read a transcript of that strong meat message. The first 10 verses of the Romans 8 message will be given here along with the teaching of the Lord Yeshua Messiah in Luke 15 on the Prodigal Son.

Rom 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are IN Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
Rom 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

Now almost everybody today seems to think that law of sin and death that we have been set free from, is the 10 Commandments. Is the 10 commandments the law of sin and death? NO! Absolutely not!

The 10 commandments is NOT the law of sin and death. What is the law of sin and death? The law of sin and death is found in Romans chapter 6 verse 23 ... For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. The wages of sin is death. That is the law of sin and death. The soul that sinneth it shall die. (Study Ezekiel 18) The soul that sinneth, it shall die. That is the law of sin and death.

Now, we are going to get set free from that law of sin and death, IF, IF, IF, we stop walking after the flesh and start walking after the Spirit. Now this is where it should start to get interesting and we should start to see the light of the Spirit of Truth. IF you have been taught that you don't have to pay any attention to the 10 commandments because you have been set free from the law of sin and death, by the law of the spirit of life in Messiah Yeshua, YOU HAVE BEEN DECEIVED. That is a twisted and perverted doctrine of devils. Because you have been set free from the law of sin and death, (the law of sin and death is NOT the 10 commandments), IF, IF, IF... What does IF mean?

IF means there is a condition. IF means that you may NOT suppose, assume, presume, or believe, UNLESS. IF means it is ONLY granted upon meeting the condition. IF means it is NOT provided unless you DO what is required by the particular demand or command or stipulation. IF is like a stop sign in the Authorized word of God. It means something very important. You need to stop and make sure you know the CONDITIONS, the command, the stipulation, the qualification. ALWAYS pay very close attention when you see that little, yet most important, word IF in the Authorized word of God. Many of your favorite scriptures and promises of God have that little IF in them. Most overlook the IF. Most will be damned in the strong delusion.

We will be set free from the law of sin and death IF you walk: 1) Not after the flesh, 2) After the Spirit, 3) IN Messiah Yeshua. Three conditions, 3 qualifications on that IF. It is the law of life IN Messiah Yeshua, the perfect law, the Royal Law, the Everlasting Covenant that makes it possible to meet those 3 conditions. If your brand of New Covenant does not have the Everlasting Covenant, you need a NEW new covenant that does have the EVERLASTING COVENANT. The Everlasting Covenant is the 10 commandments. It is impossible to meet the 3 conditions, necessary to be set free from the law of sin and death, without the 10 commandments.

IF you DO walk in accordance with those 3 conditions you will be set free from the law of sin and death. The 10 commandments are not the law of sin and death. You must know those 10 commandments like Yeshua, and DO those 10 commandments like Yeshua did, to be set free from the law of sin and death. The soul that sinneth it shall die. The wages of sin is death. That is the law of sin and death. That is what you may be set free from IF, IF, IF, you meet the conditions.

Rom 8:3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:

OK. That is what Messiah Yeshua did. He came in the likeness of sinful flesh. He had the same lusts and temptations to sin that we all have. He came for sin. 2 Cor 5:21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God IN him.

By actually becoming sin for us, He actually condemned sin in the flesh.

Rom 8:4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

He kept the law. Nobody else every did it. I have not done it. You have not done it, but, Yeshua did it. He kept the law. He fulfilled the law. He didn't do away with the law, He fulfilled the law. How did He do it? He walked after the Spirit of Life. He walked in the power of the Holy Spirit. He did not give in to the lust of His flesh. He yielded the lust of His flesh to the Spirit of Holiness. What is the Spirit of Holiness? The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Holiness, Who empowers us to keep the law the way Yeshua did. He empowers us with a spirit of truth and a spirit of holiness. "That the righteousness of the LAW might be FULFILLED in us. Are you fulfilling the righteousness of the law? Are you fulfilling the righteousness of the law? That law is righteous. That law is perfect. That law is the Royal Law. That law is the Eternal Covenant. That law is the EVERLASTING COVENANT. You will keep that law in the millennium or you will feel the rod of iron. There is nothing wrong with that law, Nothing. We are wrong to make excuses or rationalizations for our violations of that law. Violations of that law is what sin is. "That the righteousness of the law MIGHT be fulfilled in us who walk not after the flesh but after the spirit.

Rom 8:5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.

Folks, most of our churches today are so deep into apostasy today. They think they are rich and increased with goods and have need of nothing. Now if you believe, once saved always saved, then you believe that you have need of nothing. Nothing can cause you to loose your salvation, Right? I must tell you it is a doctrine of devils. We are going to see that right here in Romans chapter 8. Can you believe you will see "once saved always saved" to be proven to be a false doctrine of devils in Romans 8?

ONCE SAVED ALWAYS SAVED - SELLS - CHANCES ARE YOU BOUGHT IT. Who would not WANT to believe it? Nobody! Who does not believe it, only those who KNOW the word by the Spirit of Truth and Holiness. Only those who KNOW, not just believe, that they are IN the WAY, do not believe once saved always saved. We can also see OSAS proved to be false in another favorite chapter Luke 15 about the prodigal son. Let us go on in the Spirit of Truth. IF, IF, IF you are a child of God, by being born again by the Spirit of Truth and Holiness, you will see it here in Romans 8. I believe the Spirit of Truth will let us all see it and direct us what to do about it.

For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. Now there is a counterfeit spirit going around. The counterfeit spirit helps us believe the lies of the false teachers who contradict the Authorized written word of God with impunity. We all want to believe some lies. The counterfeit spirit helps you believe lies. You can find the counterfeit spirit in Toronto and Pensacola. The counterfeit spirit makes the flesh feel good. The counterfeit spirit can make the flesh feel so good that it thinks it is the Holy Spirit. There may even be some signs and wonders but everything supernatural is not of God, especially in these days of strong delusion. Sometimes when that flesh gets to feeling so good that you think it is the Holy Spirit, it can be a deceiving counterfeit or religious spirit. For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.

Rom 8:6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.

If you are carnally minded you are going to get death. That is the law of sin and death. The soul that sins shall die. Now the true Spirit of Holiness, can set you free from the law of sin and death.

How does it set you free from the law of sin and death? There is only ONE WAY, giving you the power to KEEP the law, the everlasting covenant that many false new covenants have excluded. Everyone should be able to see what the law of sin and death is. That if you transgress the law, the 10 commandments, God's Royal Law, the Everlasting Covenant, you are going to die. That is the law of sin and death. Now if you walk in the Spirit, you get power to keep the law. You don't throw the law away, you get empowered to keep the law the way Yeshua did. For to be carnally minded is death. If you are carnally minded, you have a spirit that tells you that you don't have to pay any attention to the 10 commandments, or that you may excuse or rationalize them. If you are carnally minded you will think that these have been done away. If you are carnally minded you will think that you can break them with impunity. Today, if you are carnally minded, you have got a deceiving spirit. You can call it the Holy Spirit till the cows come home, but I must say, that you are deceived.

For to be spiritually minded is life and peace. The only way you are going to be set free from the law of sin and death is by keeping the law. Because the soul that sinneth, it shall die. Sin is a transgression of the law. You throw that law away, rationalize it, excuse it, you are deceived. You have got to keep that law. That is the spirit of life. That is the spirit that sets you free from the law of sin and death, that spirit which empowers you to keep the law, to live holy, the Holy Spirit. When you stop sinning is when you find that life and peace.

Rom 8:7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.

Look, if you don't love God's Royal Law, you don't love God. God's law is perfect. God's law is never going to change. God's law will be kept perfectly in the millennium, or you will feel the rod of iron. You see the carnal mind is enmity against God. The carnal mind wants to do away with the law of God. Have you done away with the law of God? You think you are spiritual? That is carnal. The carnal mind is enmity against God and God's laws. At least the heathen are honest about their contempt for God's law. The carnal mind does not even try to keep God's law. The carnal mind thinks it is totally justified to violate, rationalize away, excuse away the law of God. The "Christian" carnal mind says I don't have to keep the law, I've been saved. The carnal mind thinks Christ came to do away with God's Royal Law, rather than giving us the power to fulfill it like He did. That carnal mind is a deceived mind, whether it calls itself Christian or not. That carnal mind, Christian or heathen, will take you to hell. The carnal mind is enmity against God. It is not subject to the law of God. Listen, if you don't think you are subject to the law of God, you are not spiritual, you have a deceived carnal mind. That is what the word of God says. Look at verse 7 carefully, Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: ( it does not love the law) for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. You don't keep the law, someone needs to tell you, the law of sin and death will get you, you will die. You will not stand in enmity against God, excusing or rationalizing to do away with His Royal Law.

Rom 8:8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

Now if you think you are pleasing God, if you sing real pretty songs, but you don't pay any attention to God's Royal Law, the 10 commandments, you are in the flesh. You think you are in the spirit, with no mind to keep the Royal Law, that is a deceiving spirit. The royal law keeps you from being deceived and sets you free from the law of sin and death. So they that are in the flesh, no matter how good they sing, no matter how spiritual and good they feel, cannot please God. What pleases God is faith, and obedience, which are really the same thing. Faith is to know what God said, and to walk in it. To know what God said, and not walk in it, is rebellion. You see how faith is really obedience.

Rom 8:9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if ... IF...stop sign....what is the condition, there is a qualification or stipulation before I can presume this .... IF means something important. UNLESS you meet the condition you better NOT assume, believe, or presume you may have it without meeting the condition. You are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, IF, IF you meet the condition. What is the condition? IF so be that the Spirit of God dwell IN you. That is the only way. You have the Spirit of God or you have a deceiving spirit. If you believe once saved always saved you have a deceiving spirit. You can be delivered, but, first you have to be able to HEAR that you have picked up a deceiving religious spirit. Most today will not have ears to hear the Spirit of Truth. The deceiving spirit does not empower you to keep the law, the deceiving spirit will give you excuses and rationalizations for violating the law. The Holy Spirit causes you to keep and love the Royal Law, and the deceiving spirit causes you to excuse and rationalize your disregard for the Royal Law. The deceiving spirit will make you think you are very spiritual when you are carnal. The Holy Spirit will be showing you the carnality yet to be brought in to subjection. The deceiving spirit tells you that you have arrived this side of glory. The Holy Spirit shows you the disparate wickedness in your own heart that must yet be dealt with before glory.

IF, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Messiah, he is none of his. Now there are a lot of people that think they belong to God. Who would not want to think they are a child of God? They think they are a child of God. But the proof is when they love God's Royal Law and they have the power of His Spirit of Holiness to keep that law. If they don't have love for, power to keep, or even the inclination to measure their hearts according to that Royal Law, then, for sure, they have the deceiving counterfeit religious spirit. We are going to come across another IF still relating to the same thing in verse 10.

Rom 8:10 And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

And IF.. there is the IF stop sign again. Think about this. What is the condition? Are you meeting the condition. YES you will find it ALWAYS conditional. Don't run those IF stop signs, it is not just the ticket you might get, you could get killed running stop signs. IF Messiah be IN you, the body is dead because of sin, But, but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. What is the IF? If Christ be IN you. What did Christ do? He kept the law. He did NOT do away with the law! He fulfilled the law. He kept the law. Do we UNDERSTAND that? IF Messiah is IN you, you will be empowered to keep the law the way He did. If Christ is in you, then you will fulfill the law the way He did. He is the way. If Messiah is in you, then you will love and regard the law the way He did. If Christ be in you, the body is dead... you go ahead and you reckon or operate as though your body is just as dead to self, just as Yeshua Messiah allowed His body to be dead, because of sin. Now we have sinned but Messiah did not.

What is sin? Sin is a transgression of the law. If you rationalize or excuse the transgression of the law you turn it into INIQUITY. VERY DEADLY DANGEROUS! You throw that law away, you have nothing to go by. Your reckoning is bound to be wrong. But the Spirit is life because of righteousness. OK, righteousness, righteousness, what is righteousness? TRUE righteousness, God gives us. You cannot get true righteousness any place else. The only place you can get true righteousness is from God. Any other righteousness is self righteousness.

Now, when we keep the law, does that make us righteous? NO!!! Because we have all sinned before we ever started thinking about keeping the law. So keeping the law does not make us righteous. God makes us righteous, because we confess, and agree with God that we are sinners. We admit that we have broken His law, and He gives us the gift of righteousness. He covers our sins, by the sacrifice and shed blood of Messiah Yeshua! And He declares us righteous. Anybody who argues or disagrees with God will lose big time. Now, then, If God declares us righteous, we have true righteousness.

Now what is the PROOF? The PROOF, is this Spirit of Messiah, this Spirit of Holiness which empowers us to keep the law. This Spirit of Truth and Holiness empowers us to live the law, to love the law, keep the law, to fulfill the law, just the way Messiah did. That is the proof! That is how we KNOW. That is the proof. So if you have allowed some false teacher to get you to think that the law of sin and death no longer applies to you because the Royal Law of God does not apply to you, you have gotten the deadliest and strongest delusion you can get. It is nothing but deception and INIQUITY, while you think you are spiritual. The proof and the only way we can KNOW we have the Spirit of Messiah, is not by deceiving ourselves, but by the empowerment to live and fulfill the law the way Messiah Yeshua did. You do away with God's Royal Law, you are lawless, lost, without hope, deceived, without any way to find your way out of the strong delusion that you are in. You may be confident some demon will come in to make you feel good about your condition on that broad way to hell.

Again if you are interested on the complete teaching on Roman 8 you may click here. Now we will take a look at how the teaching of Jesus about the Prodigal Son in Luke 15 blows the smoke away from that very strong delusion of once saved always saved doctrine of devils.

Did Jesus Teach Eternal Security or Once Saved Always Saved?

There are many teachings of the Lord Yeshua that we could study to answer this question. His teaching known as The Prodigal Son (Luke 15:11-32) is a good one regarding this most important truth. This teaching shows the full extent of sin's destructive power in the life of a son of God, the key roles that free will and human responsibility have, the limited protective power offered by the believer's "seal," as taught by Messiah Himself and much more. Let's take a close look at it.

Luke 15:11 And he said, A certain man had two sons:
Luke 15:12 And the younger of them said to his father, Father, give me the portion of goods that falleth to me. And he divided unto them his living.
Luke 15:13 And not many days after the younger son gathered all together, and took his journey into a far country, and there wasted his substance with riotous living.
Luke 15:14 And when he had spent all, there arose a mighty famine in that land; and he began to be in want.
Luke 15:15 And he went and joined himself to a citizen of that country; and he sent him into his fields to feed swine.
Luke 15:16 And he would fain have filled his belly with the husks that the swine did eat: and no man gave unto him.

His repentance and pardon

Luke 15:17 And when he came to himself, he said, How many hired servants of my father's have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger!
Luke 15:18 I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee,
Luke 15:19 And am no more worthy to be called thy son: make me as one of thy hired servants.
Luke 15:20 And he arose, and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him.
Luke 15:21 And the son said unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and in thy sight, and am no more worthy to be called thy son.
Luke 15:22 But the father said to his servants, Bring forth the best robe, and put it on him; and put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet:
Luke 15:23 And bring hither the fatted calf, and kill it; and let us eat, and be merry:
Luke 15:24 For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found. And they began to be merry.

The elder brother offended

Luke 15:25 Now his elder son was in the field: and as he came and drew nigh to the house, he heard music and dancing.
Luke 15:26 And he called one of the servants, and asked what these things meant.
Luke 15:27 And he said unto him, Thy brother is come; and thy father hath killed the fatted calf, because he hath received him safe and sound.
Luke 15:28 And he was angry, and would not go in: therefore came his father out, and entreated him.
Luke 15:29 And he answering said to his father, Lo, these many years do I serve thee, neither transgressed I at any time thy commandment: and yet thou never gavest me a kid, that I might make merry with my friends:
Luke 15:30 But as soon as this thy son was come, which hath devoured thy living with harlots, thou hast killed for him the fatted calf.
Luke 15:31 And he said unto him, Son, thou art ever with me, and all that I have is thine.
Luke 15:32 It was meet that we should make merry, and be glad: for this thy brother was dead, and is alive again; and was lost, and is found.

The teaching starts with the younger of the two sons of the father, who asked for and received his share of the estate. Soon afterward, he departed from the father's presence for a distant country of "wild living" (v.13). There he squandered his wealth with prostitutes (v.30). After he spent everything he had there was a severe famine in that country, during which time he personally longed to eat what the pigs were eating, but no one gave him anything! He then came to his senses, returned to the father REPENTFULLY and found complete forgiveness and restoration. Beyond this, the father with no hesitation initiated the "kill the fattened calf" celebration for his homecoming.

Verses 24 and 32 are essential to this parable, and allowing us to see how this parable with all Authorized scriptures in full context show that "once saved always saved" or unconditional eternal security is false doctrine. So very deadly is this doctrine that is may be the most damnable of the doctrines of devils. Look carefully at verses 24 and 32. Both of these Scriptures, declared by the father, reveal the spiritual condition of the prodigal both BEFORE and AFTER the time of his "wild living." Verse 24 spoken to his servants says, "For this my son was DEAD, and is ALIVE AGAIN; he was LOST, and is FOUND." while verse 32, spoken to the older son says, ". . . for this thy brother was DEAD, and is ALIVE AGAIN; and was LOST, and is FOUND." The important point the father was emphasizing was the complete reversal of the prodigal's spiritual condition, now that he repented. He went from "DEAD" to "ALIVE AGAIN" which is equated in the same sentence as going from "LOST" to "FOUND." Hence, there is great reason to rejoice over such a sinner that repents, as already mentioned two separate times in this same chapter in the parables of the Lost Sheep and Lost Coin.

Perhaps the words "ALIVE AGAIN" are most revealing. The Greek word from which "ALIVE AGAIN" comes is found five times in the New Testament -- in these two verses just cited, Rom. 7:9; 14:9 and Rev. 20:5. It means LIVE AGAIN or REVIVE. This is easily seen in Rom. 14:9, "For to this end Christ both died, and rose, and revived, that he might be Lord both of the dead and living." Here it is stated that the Lord's physical condition went from LIFE to DEATH [on the cross] to LIFE AGAIN [when He arose from the grave]. Similarly, the prodigal's spiritual condition went from LIFE to DEATH [when with the prostitutes] to LIFE AGAIN [when he returned to the father's presence in REPENTANCE].

The Lord Jesus, in contrast to the false teachers of once saved always saved, clearly taught the SON could be lost, by this parable!

There are many in these last days that unfortunately teach and sincerely believe that the most one could ever lose through sin after initial salvation is their joy of salvation, spiritual rewards and/or position in the kingdom. Jesus, however, very clearly taught otherwise! The Lord taught the prodigal's spiritual condition degenerated to "DEAD," the same as for everyone before initial salvation (Eph. 2:1). Paul stated likewise, after initial salvation, "And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins:

For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live." If you live according to the sinful nature you will die, but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body you will live" (Rom. 8:13).

This is what happened to the prodigal, that is, he died spiritually because he chose, through his own free will, to "live according to the sinful nature."

Luke 15:13 states riotous living or wild living characterized his behavior when spiritually "DEAD" and "LOST" in his unconfessed and unrepented sins. The word for "wild or riotous living" comes from the Greek word meaning EXCESS, as found in Eph. 5:18: "And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit". So, the prodigal's behavior, as implied by Lk. 15:13, included DRUNKENNESS and other excesses that go with that kind of sinful lifestyle. SEXUAL IMMORALITY and DRUNKENNESS -- are two rampant spiritual killers in our day too! Paul wrote about these and other similar sins in Gal. 5:19-21 and 1 Cor. 6:9,10. The Gal 5:19-21 passage, written to Christians in WARNING form, reads:"Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. I WARN YOU, as I did before, that those who live like this will NOT inherit the kingdom of God."

Please know the following about carnal Christians as mentioned by Paul:

In 1 Cor. 6:11, we read, "And such WERE some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God." And that is what some WERE. But they WERE washed, they WERE sanctified, they WERE justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God." Please note: those "carnal" Christians were NOT drunkards any more or sexually immoral any more, etc., as clearly indicated by the word "WERE" in this verse referring back to verses 9 and 10!

This again shows an all important difference between what the eternal security teachers are saying and what God says, as recorded in the Bible. To believe the OSAS false teachers, regarding carnal Christianity and the behavior of such people would also render meaningless verses such as 1 Jn. 3:10: "In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother." This is how we know who the children of God are and who the children of the devil are: Anyone who does not do what is right is not a child of God; nor is anyone who does not love his brother." Please note that John's test to know a child of God from a child of the devil was a present-tense behavioral one and not just a testimony of a past conversion experience!

1 John 2:3 And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.

1 John 2:4 He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.

The teaching of Once Saved Always Saved is something that sells. Everyone wants to beleive it. Who wold not want to beleive it? What is wrong with it? It goes against the Authorized written word of God. AND THERE IS NO DOCTRINE MORE EFFECTIVE IN REMOVING THE FEAR OF GOD. That this doctrine destroys the the fear of God, as evident by increase of these false teachers of this doctrine coinciding with the rapid colapse of moral standards of holiness in the churches. Today there is generally no observable difference in the morality of the chruch and society in general. The divorce rate is the same. Pride, greed, covetousness, and selfishness and vanity is the same. The church is to be salt and light. If the salt has lost its savor it is good for nothing but to be trodden under foot of men.

Please note: unlike what some of the false teachers of OSAS would say, based on a faulty interpretation of Col. 2:13, the prodigal's future sins were NOT automatically forgiven, because if they were, it would have been impossible for them to bring about his "DEAD" and "LOST" spiritual condition! "He forgave us all our sins" (Col. 2:13), can only refer to "all" of our PAST sins getting forgiven at the point of initial salvation. If not, there would be no need to confess sins committed after salvation for forgiveness, as shown in 1 Jn. 1:9. In addition, many other Scriptures would be meaningless if all our future sins were automatically forgiven also at the point of initial salvation!

While some heavily rely upon Jesus' promise stated in Jn. 10:28,29, that is, that no one will "snatch" his sheep from His hand or the Father's hand, please note that this doesn't exclude the apparent possibility of a "sheep" walking off due to his own personal free will to a lifestyle that will result in spiritual death, as exemplified by the prodigal son! No one plucked the prodigal out of the Father's hand, but the Father let him walk away! Also, the wonderful promise of John 10:28,29 holds true ONLY for those who "follow" [continuous tense in the Greek] Jesus. John 10:27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:

Also, many read into the believer's "seal," which Paul wrote of, as a spiritual protection that is an assurance that will, most definitely, mean our future entrance into the kingdom no matter what. However, Jesus' teaching on the prodigal son also refutes this faulty interpretation, for that "seal" didn't prevent the prodigal's "dead" and "lost" condition from coming about! The same can be emphatically stated from James 4:4b "...know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God." regarding anyone who would "choose to be a friend of the world" and consequently become an "enemy of God." Enemies of God will be consumed by raging fire (Heb. 10:27)! This too shows the "seal" won't prevent their spiritual death.

Heb. 13:5 tells us that God will never leave or forsake us, but we should remember that the prodigal left and forsook the father and the father let him walk off! Besides, Heb. 13:5,8 is a quote from Deut. 31:6,8, which shows by Deut. 31:17 that God will "forsake" us because of sin!

Many false teachers of OSAS try to weaken such truths as these and others taught in the parables by saying things like: Parables weren't given for doctrine or parables teach only one truth and not several!

Both of these objections are categorically false! Parables were taught by Messiah as a means of revealing the secrets of the kingdom to believers and concealing the same secrets from the unbelievers (Matt. 13:10-13). Since doctrine is one and the same as teachings, obviously parables are for doctrine. For example, the parable of the Pharisee and Tax Collector (Lk. 18:9-14) clearly teaches the doctrine of INSTANT JUSTIFICATION for all, who like that tax collector, sincerely and humbly pray directly to God asking for forgiveness. AND, a second basic truth is clearly taught in the same parable -- namely, one must first be aware of his own personal need of forgiveness before he will receive it. The self-righteous pharisee lacked this insight and went home unjustified and unforgiven! Hence, both objections raised by the OSAS proponents, against the use of parables, are clearly refuted here!

Finally regarding the prodigal son, let us all rejoice that the father QUICKLY and JOYFULLY took him back after he repented. In other words, we know from this that a person can get saved MORE THAN ONCE based on this teaching and a corroborating one by Paul, the true grace teacher, in Rom. 11:19-23: "Thou wilt say then, The branches were broken off, that I might be grafted in. Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear: For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee.

The Gentiles are cautioned against pride and unbelief, The Jews shall be called as a nation, and brought into God's visible covenant again.

Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, IF thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off. And they also, if they abide not still in unbelief, shall be grafted in: for God is able to graft them in again.

IF means a condition. IF means that you may NOT suppose, assume, presume, or believe, UNLESS. IF means it is ONLY granted upon meeting the condition. IF means it is NOT provided unless you DO what is required by the particular demand or command or stipulation. ALWAYS pay very close attention when you see that little, yet most important, word IF in the Authorized word of God.

Many of your favorite scriptures and promises of God have that little IF in them. Most overlook the IF. Most will be damed in the strong delusion of the last days. The prophets had said that the Lord has let them know less than 2% of those who name the name of Jesus, and call themselves Christians, will enter the Kingdom of Heaven.

Do you see how this passage from Rom. 11 blows the smoke screen of the false teachers of OSAS away?

Other passages given by Jesus which refute eternal security are:

Mat 6:14 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:
Mat 6:15 But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

Mat 10:22 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved.
Mat 10:23 But when they persecute you in this city, flee ye into another: for verily I say unto you, Ye shall not have gone over the cities of Israel, till the Son of man be come.

Mat 24:13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

Mat 25:26 His lord answered and said unto him, Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strowed:
Mat 25:27 Thou oughtest therefore to have put my money to the exchangers, and then at my coming I should have received mine own with usury.

Mat 25:28 Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him which hath ten talents.
Mat 25:29 For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath.
Mat 25:30 And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Luke 8:13 They on the rock are they, which, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, which for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away.

Luke 12:45 But and if that servant say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming; and shall begin to beat the menservants and maidens, and to eat and drink, and to be drunken;
Luke 12:46 The lord of that servant will come in a day when he looketh not for him, and at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him in sunder, and will appoint him his portion with the unbelievers.

John 15:6 If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.

Rev 2:10 Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.
Rev 2:11 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death.

Rev 2:26 And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations:

Rev 3:15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.
Rev 3:16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.

Rev 22:19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

I hope you will let me know if you see anything which does not square precisely with the Authorized written word of God. I would like to believe OSAS. Who wouldn't? Only those who love the TRUTH, will not fall for this strong delusion.

2 Th 2:11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should
believe a lie:
2 Th 2:12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

Let us take a quick look at some of the favorite verses of the lawless ones captivated by modern Laodicean churchianity Gal 3:23 and Gal 5:18. I would encourage you to study the "Acts Context of the Epistles" on the GJiGT. The Acts Context is important not only for Galatians but all the epistles, because it was written AFTER them. Acts is much more than an exciting history, it gives the context of all the epistles. Things taken out of context become pretexts.

Gal 3:25 But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster. If you have faith you have graduated. If you have faith you know the law because you know the Lawgiver. If you have faith you have the law written on your heart. If you have faith you know the only way you have to respond to the love of God is to keep His commandments. If you have faith, the law which was carnal becomes spiritual. If you have faith, that same law which used to limit your freedom becomes the source of your freedom. If you have faith, the only way you know that you know Him, Who has given you faith, is to keep His commandments. I have faith. Do you have faith?

Gal 5:18 But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law. If you are led by the Spirit, the law no longer burdens you, it is a delight. If you are led by the Spirit, you delight in the law and know that God's law is perfect and does not change. If you are led by the Spirit, you know the only way you have to prove your love to God is to keep His commandments. If you are led by the Spirit, His commandments are NOT something you have to do, but something you GET to do. If you are led by the Spirit, you know you are blessed to walk in the law of the Lord. If you are led by the Spirit, you do no iniquity because you walk in His ways. If you are led by the Spirit, you respect ALL His commandments. If you are led by the Spirit, you do not wander from His commandments. If you are led by the Spirit, you meditate in His precepts. If you are led by the Spirit, His law becomes your delight and your direction. If you are led by the Spirit, you keep His statutes. I am led by the Spirit. Are you led by the Spirit?

I want to bless you and strengthen your hands if you want to be a man of God. If you want me to join you or confirm the errors of churchianity today, I cannot. I don't play church. I am and elder at large in the church of Yeshua Messiah that grow in faith through obedience to the word of God. I go where I am sent and received. I do not preach roman or pagan churchianity doctrine. I preach the Word of God. He that receiveth a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet's reward; and he that receiveth a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man's reward. A String of Scriptures on
1)The Just Shall Live by Faith,
2)We must REMAIN and ABIDE. We must be IN Yeshua Messiah. And
3)The great APOSTASY and falling away from THE Faith and The Truth in the last days.

Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith. For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness.

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God. Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.

So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. And he that doubteth is damned if he eat, because he eateth not of faith: for whatsoever is not of faith is sin. Ye have plowed wickedness, ye have reaped iniquity; ye have eaten the fruit of lies: because thou didst trust in thy way, in the multitude of thy mighty men.

It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life. But there are some of you that believe not. For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were that believed not, and who should betray him.

I will therefore put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not. And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.

Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: show me thy faith without thy works, and I will show thee my faith by my works.

Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.

We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error. Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.

It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man. Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments:

Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the LORD of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch. But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.

We must REMAIN and ABIDE. We must be IN Yeshua Messiah.

That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.

Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this? Trust ye in the LORD for ever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength:

The LORD redeemeth the soul of his servants: and none of them that trust in him shall be desolate. They that trust in the LORD shall be as mount Zion, which cannot be removed, but abideth for ever. The fear of man bringeth a snare: but whoso putteth his trust in the LORD shall be safe. Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.

Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him. Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.

When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are: Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me. But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.

And he said unto them, Why are ye so fearful? how is it that ye have no faith? Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment; Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine: The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants thereof; because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant.

And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits. But unto them that are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath, Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile; But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile:

They are turned back to the iniquities of their forefathers, which refused to hear my words; and they went after other gods to serve them: the house of Israel and the house of Judah have broken my covenant which I made with their fathers. Then they shall answer, Because they have forsaken the covenant of the LORD their God, and worshipped other gods, and served them. Thus saith the LORD, What iniquity have your fathers found in me, that they are gone far from me, and have walked after vanity, and are become vain? And the LORD said unto Moses, Behold, thou shalt sleep with thy fathers; and this people will rise up, and go a whoring after the gods of the strangers of the land, whither they go to be among them, and will forsake me, and break my covenant which I have made with them. Then my anger shall be kindled against them in that day, and I will forsake them, and I will hide my face from them, and they shall be devoured, and many evils and troubles shall befall them; so that they will say in that day, Are not these evils come upon us, because our God is not among us? And I will surely hide my face in that day for all the evils which they shall have wrought, in that they are turned unto other gods. Take up a lamentation on high places; for the LORD hath rejected and forsaken the generation of his wrath.

The great APOSTASY and falling away from THE Faith
and falling away from The Truth in the last days.

This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,

without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.

But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not. For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment; And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;

Holding faith, and a good conscience; which some having put away concerning faith have made shipwreck: Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God.
